Mattress Firm Prewitts Point — Local services in Osage Beach

My initial experience in store was great. I even left a 5 star review. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable. I however was told more than once the mattress would be there to pick up by Saturday as I told him from the first phone call I needed it when we came back from being out of town. Fast forward to Monday the day I told him we would pick it up and I hadn’t heard anything so I called to double check that it was there. It wasn’t and I was told it wouldn’t be until Wednesday which puts us with no bed for 2 nights. I understand that things happen but had I been aware before Monday other arrangements could have been made. He did say that he tried to call, but I have no missed call. To start with I HATE buying anything with “salesman “ I immediately get grumpy..he was not pushy, he was very patient, he put a lot of effort into helping us make sure we got what we wanted and made it work for us.

Great experience working with Eric. I bought 4 Beautyrest Plush Pillow Top mattresses for our condo. 1 King and 3 Queen size mattresses. We have a loft and second master where two of the Queens will go. The best was when he showed me the Adjustable Base. It will be perfect.
