Fantastic customer service experience! Last weekend I desperately needed help finding something to wear over my dress for a wedding. I brought the dress in with me and was promptly greeted at the door, I explained my dilemma and the associate walked through the ENTIRE store with me brainstorming! It was so very awesome! She actually put in some effort, not just suggesting a pricey jacket but even brought me over to the scarves and discussed an over-sized scarf vest. She was just beyond cool, beyond helpful and I left the store confident with my purchase!

Waited while she worked with customer service who eventually said cancel order and redo. So we went thru entire ordering process again. Y checking account was charged for both orders.... cancelled and correct one. Kristi obviously did not enter entire address as tracking now tells me it's been returned to sender for invalid address. With all the stores closing it is hard to find nice clothes and be able to try them on, along with a cheerful saleswoman. I appreciated the help looking for a pair of jeans that didn’t have the added material for hips (as I have been blessed with no hips). I either have to wear baggy jeans or men’s jeans.
