There was one really sweet girl there working who did my mom’s nails. The other two girls just seemed like they were more worried about helping each other out to do their nails, and just getting to do their own nails cause she really rushed on me and I told her my cuticles were really bad. She didn’t even cut half of the cuticles in the back, she did a couple nails on the side and that was it and it’s been four days and my polish is already starting to come off 4 nails and I really don’t do a lot. Be aware of cancellation policy. I was aware of the cancellation policy for no-shows. However, due to an accident, I ended up in the hospital, called to cancel appointment an hour prior, right after accident, explained, what happened and still got charged a cancellation fee. I understand no-shows, but when emergencies happen, this is ridiculous. It’s more about the bottom dollar than it is the customer! I made an appointment online and did not get the services I requested. I ask the manicurist what type of pedicure she was giving me and she said a regular one. She was scared to use the cuticle clippers on my toes and hands. When she realized she made a mistake they gave me a free upgrade on my manicure.
