2 or 3 years ago, my wonderful husband and daughters got me a beautiful ring for Christmas. Over the years, a piece broke and I took it in to be repaired, all was good in the world. Fast forward a month ago, and now the ring broke that it was not able to be repaired. :( Reimer told me I could pick out a ring in replacement! I'm not sure if there is anywhere else that would provide such a service. What a blessing it was to be able to have a new ring! We always shop here for our girls for a special Christmas gift, and never will I shop anywhere else. My husband and I went down there to see if a ring he bought was real. The guy there was EXTREMELY RUDE! He told us it was real and was snotty and said he’s not going to sit their and count all those diamonds because they’re so small. I just wanted to know if it was real I never asked him to count all the diamonds. 🙄 I also asked him why it was tarnishing because I never had real rings tarnish. And he rudely said because of chemicals and that it’d keep tarnishing. I said I’ve had plenty of rings and they never did this before. Then I needed it sized and he tossed the ring RUDELY in my hand and said he wasn’t touching it because the diamonds ran along the side and would all fall off and he kept saying he wouldn’t touch it. I could not be more pleased with the lovely work Reimer Jewelers completed for me recently. They took my wedding and engagement band/ring, and my husband's wedding band (he doesn't wear it) and completely refashioned them into a single, solid, beautiful wedding ring for me. It's gorgeous. They took the time to create several molds so we got it just right, didn't upsell me on a single thing (I wanted only original materials), and made my vision a reality.
