Through this pandemic I shopped so much from this Biny’s I shop for myself for my mother and father-in-law for my mom and dad for my older brother and sisters I was a young guy that went and bought all the liquor for them and I wanna really thank an awesome guy an amazing guy a person that always have a smile on his face , a person that is always helping everybody and always happy to do it , a person that really loves his job . He even was working with his broken shoulder , a really hard working person. Mike I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for always helping me out thank you for always being positive and have a smile on your face because that’s how a good customer service should be. I honestly don’t know why you’re not a manager there yet , you deserve way bigger position for the job that you do and let me tell you something brother you can’t please everybody in this word, some will be mean , some will be rude , but it’s a part of the job and we have to deal with it and you are a type a person that knows how to deal with every single situation I’ve seen you helping other people when I was there shopping for myself I’ve seen you helping all these Instacart people that came in and had no clue about why are they buying or doing and you were helping almost all of them with no problems and you always happy to do it so I just want to thank you again and again and hopefully I’ll see you soon in a higher position.And I want to add also that everybody over there is friendly all the staff are friendly all the guys the managers everybody or nice it’s my favorite place to go buy alcohol I’ve been to different Binny’s and they are terrible with their customer service and the people that work there feels like they don’t even like their job. so thanks to all the staff of Biny’s and you guys keep...
Read moreI rented a keg and had trouble getting my deposit back. When we picked up they had my name wrong, we pd the deposit with cc and pd cash for the keg. It was processed backwards. We returned the keg and the employees had no clue what they were supposed to do. We were told to leave the keg ... they didn't know anything about the deposit. When I realized the deposit was not returned to the cc I called and spk to Nate, mnger. I explained the situation and he had to "investigate" he would call me back. Never called..I called him to follow up, he said he lost my ph #. He said he reviewed cameras and didn't see we returned the keg, he spoke to his employees and they had no recollection of having a conversation with my son in law. He could not return my deposit. I sent my son in law back t the store, to see what the heck was going on. Instantantly the 2 employees remembered him and the conversation and then Nate returned the deposit. It was disappointing demeaning and fusterating. Customer service was bad from employees and management. Worst experiance ever. 99 dollar keg was going to cost us $230. Had we not kept calling.
