Starbucks — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Exetremely rude staff, Phone shows “disconnected”. Had an issue on February 11th 2025 at this location at about 8:50pm this skinny white kid at the window took our order with no manners whatsoever. I didnt even know he was taking the order as he wouldnt say ANYTHING at all was exetremely quiet “as in way of attitude not being shy” when we arrive to the window after taking our order he then says in a very arrogant way “we are not taking cash” (he should of said that from the very beginning) after having our coffee’s ready in the table he threw them away to the garbage since we didnt have a card. Im a business person and i know how customer service should be handled and this location is only a couple months old and already with 3 stars it wont last very long if it continues like this WE the people keep these locations running so the very least they can do is show their employees to show more respect and have better communication skills as being exetremely rude to customers i dont think should be part of a qualification. Seriously!?! Another Starbucks instead of a local joint. Went there with a friend and found the same old burnt and bitter coffee. Plus, they only care about how fast they are. Here's a novel concept, actually care about your customers instead of ignoring us. Didn't even get a single person to even look at me outside of who took my order. Even the lady handing the drinks out after they're made, wouldn't even look up. This just confirms that Starbucks is nothing more than greed and overpriced coffee. Please for the love of God support a local coffee shop, You'll get coffee that actually has flavor instead of tasting the ash from how dark they roast theirs. Although everything was perfect from the time I posted my order online to the pick up procedure point and the conversation with a young lady at the window. The only thing that fails this location is that the Starbucks sign itself. The logo is not facing in the direction where people can see this location, which I think hinders it flow . The Starbucks sign should be facing in the direction in which people are driving towards it like from Sam’s Club,Menards or Binny’s or any other location in that plaza .All you see is a tan brick building facing you.
