BEWARE OF BAILEY!!! I placed an order a couple weeks ago for a hello kitty wallet for my sister, it took a while to ship to store. I got an email on the 29th stating that it was available for pickup, however i wasn’t able to pick it up that week. I called on Saturday December 2nd, i spoke with bailey. I asked her when my last day to pick up would be as you only have a 5 day window, she informed me that she could extend my pickup time by a week. I gave her my last name and that was that. I came by on Monday December 4th to pick up and when i spoke to bailey she could not find my order, in the system or the store. She told me to call BoxLunch customer service and ask them to cancel my order in order for me to get a refund. I did, and the guy i spoke with let me know that he couldn’t do anything on his end, and that all the information they needed was in the store computer. Magically, Bailey then knew that somebody had canceled the order and was able to find it on the shelf. Weird… but okay. I hadn’t seen a refund in my boxlunch account so i asked her to hold it for me until Wednesday December 6th, so i could receive a refund and just rebuy it there. I watched bailey write down my information as well as the date she would hold it for me, the 7th. Finally, in my BoxLunch account the pickup order appeared canceled. I came in today, the 6th, and the associate on shift today was not able to find my hold. They called Bailey to find out where it went, don’t know the outcome of that; but they were able to find an identical item on the shelf. I was able to receive my item thanks to the help of Erica and her superior. I work in retail aswell so i understand things happen but when i as a customer am told on two seperate occasions that i will be able to pick up my item without any problems and you fail to follow through that is just poor customer service...

This employee was very obviously following and watching me and a friend while we were shopping and looking at merchandise, and butt into our conversations at multiple points even if we didn't acknowledge she was there, She would also get very close behind us when we weren't facing her, she was sometimes less than a foot away and it felt very invasive. It was very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving the store before being able to look at everything because of the way she was acting.
We've had a few interactions with this employee at this store before, her name is Bailey according to her name tag and the receipt I got today, but this is definitely the worst so far. At first it was fine, me and my friend both in our early 20's and we dress somewhat alternative so we figured she was just keeping an eye out to make sure we didn't shoplift, but it has gotten progressively worse over the past few months and I probably will not be returning to this store anytime soon...
Read moreOrdered a bag online to have picked up in store. Said be ready in 3 to 4 hours. They were getting ready to close so I didn't expect it that same day nor was a problem if it wasn't ready same day. So about 1:00 the next day I called and said hey. You know I had an order last night around closing time. Understood it wasn't ready last night. Not a big deal. What's the status now. They said oh we can't find your order. I said come back in a couple hours and should be ready so I did. Order was still not found in their system. Had to end up reaching out to support. Come to find out if there's less than three of the bags in store it default to ship to store. Again, not a huge deal breaker I thought. It didn't ship for another 5 days. And then when we just said heck with it trying to get it shipped back, they want to charge us for shipping when none of this has been our fault. Not ideally the way you run a business in my opinion.
