Mrs. Fields Cookies — Restaurant in Overland Park

I just called my local Mrs. Fields cookie store. It's the only one for miles. I was told they didn't sell Mrs. Fields cookies at the Mrs. Fields cookie store, only cakes. I thought maybe the Mrs. F employee didn't understand me so I pulled up the Mrs. F website and told her the exact product I was looking for--Ultimate Crimson Cookie Tower. The employee asked me if it was a drink. I told her the description from the website, but she said, no we only make cakes. I didn't know Mrs. F made anything BUT cookies.

Updated after response from Owner: Your response makes the situation worse. Your employee told me twice you only sold cakes. Now you are saying you also have cookies? Your employee could have offered to sell me the same amount of cookies as what I saw on your website, but she didn't make that offer because she said you only sold cakes. Stopped here today to get my kid a cookie for his birthday on the way out the mall. Got the two cookies for the kids and the lady the asked if we wanted another item and could get one free. We decided that we would grab a couple of more things. Turned around to hand, my kids their cookies and help them open them while she spoke with my spouse about the additional items. Of course, my kids immediately tore into the cookies. To which lady says, I see everyone eating and no one paying. Blank face, and a rude as hell. How are you going to ask us if we want more items not listen for a said items, and then complain about us not paying. I literally had my wallet in my hand waiting for my wife to get finished speaking/deciding and trying to give my kids napkins from the frosting on the cookies. First time I've ever gotten cookies here today and I really did not appreciate the customer service we received from the older woman behind the counter.

There was some confusion about the price of the cookies we picked out because one of the cookies (m&m) did not have a lable in front of it at all, let alone something that indicates it was a $3 cookie. When we checked out all she wanted to do was argue with me about the price when there wasn't anything to indicate a price. I was just trying to tell her the lable was missing so there is no way for me, or anyone after me, to know it was a more expensive one. But whatever. We just won't go here again.
