I had taken my sons to two parties before this and both were just ok. Both parties had hiccups like one of them the pizza delivered an hour late because of a mess up in ordering (though on the plus side the kids got to continue to play), the other- the party host was friendly but not helpful as she spent a lot of time gossiping with the person in the warrior course which made it difficult for the celebrant's mom to get her attention when she forgot to hand out water. But after reading reviews of others having successful parties and managements apparent ability in various reviews to readily correct issues- I felt safe to give it a shot.
Horrible birthday experience today. My son is so sad. He keeps talking about all the things they had and what they didn’t tell me that’s was broken or not working. Though they tried to make it better their customer service was sub par. Gave me 10 percent off and then found out they were talking crap about me to all the empoyees and how i found out is i was standing to get an icee for my kid and the guy checking a lady out in front of me was joking with a customer saying “ well we just gave one family 10 off maybe we can give you one “ not knowing that lady they gave 10 off was me I listen further for him to say everyone was talking and making fun of us behind close doors. (employees) I talked to manager and she proceeds to tell me my host was one of her best but yet she didn’t come clean or serve or even light kids candles ect but she was “one of her best”. Horrible experience spent so much money for this! BEWARE ! Also make sure when you purchase the highest package before you go everything is working. The bumper cars were broke and many other things were as well. The employees were mean to kids too yelling at them telling them they can’t do flips ect . I’m it’s a jump place wth!? Sorry could go ON and ON… all this review needs to get across is money would be spent better elsewhere. We went in December to Sky Zone and SOOOO much better and less expensive. Oh and the host actually worked and made my child feel good and made me not “work”. Sorry but ridiculous!! I’m a nice person but coming home and hours later have child be sad ect for so much money spent is so disappointing. Shame...
Read moreNever have I been so disappointed in customer service and taking care of your clients! We decide to do a very last minute birthday celebration for my 10-year-old at urban air. We were doing it the next day, so I did get on line to look and see if I could book a party, however that day was not an option. I did not have an opportunity to call, so I just decided that I would just go up and buy everybody passes and just do my own thing. I paid for the most expensive platinum passes for all of the kids, along with socks for all of them, along with pizza from the café. I did, however, bring cupcakes to serve for dessert for the kids and my daughter to blow out candles. When the staff found out that I had cupcakes, I was told that I would not be able to serve them or have to pay a nominal fee, which was $50. I hardly say $50 is a nominal fee just to serve cupcakes! However, if I would’ve basically bought the same things and gone through the party avenue, I would’ve been able to serve said cupcakes . We’ve actually had the membership for my kids, paid well over $300 this particular day for my daughter and her friends to have a fun time, but instead left extremely disappointed with a sad kid. I also spent a good chunk of the time discussing this matter with the manager, which meant being taken away from the kids when they were present together at the table and also missing being able to take a group photo because of the timing. Yes, there are rules in place for a reason, but there are times that you actually do the right thing to take care of your good customers. Not for this...
