So we went in the store got there around 5:35-40 And as soon as we walked in, the girl promptly reminded us that they close at 6 PM. We literally hadn’t even started looking yet. As soon as it turns, 6 PM, I was in the dressing room and she reminded us again that now they are closed. I had four items I was going to purchase definitely at least $400 or so at that point..And I was walking over to also get a pair of earrings and a headband that I saw and she told me now for the third time that they were closed and announced that it was 6:03 PM. I mean really? , 6:03 PM and you’re gonna remind me and tell me what time it is that you’re closed?. So I brought all my stuff to the front counter and walked out. They lost about $500 worth of business. I’ve been in retail, my whole life and typically you wait if someone’s actually purchasing items you don’t keep reminding them over and over again that you are closed at 6:03 pm. They must be really successful to not care about how much Business they lose when the sales people are rude. Totally unprofessional and definitely horrible client experience.
