So I don’t go bashing companies just for my own personal gain. But I would like to warn you about my experience with Audio Excellence.
So around September after reading the reviews decided I would use Auto Excellence to have my system installed in my truck. After discussion with the sales rep which knew his stuff when it came to what would be best for what sound I wanted to achieve. I ended up picking out 2 12’s with amp and box which came to be around 1,800 or so total.
I really liked the fact that they offered financing which made the choice that much easier, and really appreciated before signing me up told me that they where 3 weeks booked and I would have to wait.
So about a day before the install they called me once which was to tell me that my box was on back order which they didn’t leave a message or anything so I had no clue and since I didn’t recognize the number I didn’t answer but still leave a message but whatever.
Day of install I dropped off my truck and got a ride to work. Half way through the day I called to check the progress of my truck so I could plan if I needed a ride for the following day to work. I was told that my truck had not even started production yet due to my box being on back order. So now I realized if I wouldn’t have called I would have never known lol. So I was told I could ether come pick the truck up and get a call when the box is ready or they could install 10’s for the time being while I waited for my box to come. I got some push back when I asked why I was never told about this.
So after they tried to just sell me the 10’s and tell me the cost would be more so I was getting a deal and wouldn’t have to wait I declined and said that I wanted to wait for my box and if they wouldn’t mind giving me something to listen to...
Now I get my truck back and yes I will say the install was flawless. They are true professionals at installing anything you need that they offer.
With that being said I referred a friend of mine to get his system done and when he called me and asked about the Financing I told him that it’s the best way to go but to be warned about them possibly saying parts are on “back order” but that they did a great job. When he expressed this to them boy I was Mr. Popular even though it had been 3-4 weeks after install still having 10’s which I did not pay for since I even heard from anyone at Audio Excellence.
After promises made by the owner I have never heard from them again and still paying for something that I did not want at all.
So to give you a basic timeline
Purchased like mid September
Early October was install
November was when I was Mr. popular
Now January I still have yet to hear from anyone
So even though I will say their install is perfect and they are true professionals does not mean they are the only ones that can do professional work.
They were really excited to take my money but failed at having a good customer service. All I want is to be informed, call me once a week or once every 2 weeks idc but something would be nice.
They begged for me to vouch for them so they could take my friends money and still have yet to provide any customer service.
My opinion?
There are professionals out there with better customer service and won’t leave you feeling like you were scammed even after promising it would be handled. There are companies that even if a mistake was made would make up for such by at-least keeping Communication With a paying customer that has already expressed how he felt.
I wasn’t asking for anything free I wasn’t asking for them to do anything crazy All I asked is to do what I paid for and to keep me in the loop. Because now I’m stuck with a bill which I agreed to pay for the equipment I never received.
It’s the principle that has me so upset so I would take my business elsewhere, plenty of professional audio companies that will treat you no matter if you pay cash or payments or if there is an issue in a professional, understanding manner.

Read moreI have never posted a review, but I felt this is a perfect reason to do so for Nasar and his crew at Audio Excellence in Oviedo. To start, I had Nassar and Phil put together a killer stereo system for my F150 back in March of 2023, which sounded great! I was happy with Phil and Nasa guiding me through the process of matching a quality system with the type of vehicle, they really made it an easy process. Recently I was interested in upgrading what I had, and taking it to the next level of sound quality. I wanted to add a DSP and an amplifier with more channels to run my component speakers active, I knew that would be a great step from talking with the guys. So here’s where I made a bad decision. Out of convenience I went to a shop in Longwood off 427 right around the corner from my house and ended up having this shop install the equipment, well this was a huge mistake!!! It’s a long story, but here is part of it, basically these guys ruined the system that Audio Excellence installed for me prior. I won’t go into too much detail, but the shop managed to take a perfectly operating system, and used only 1 channel to run all 8 of my speakers which blew my high end tweeters, and that’s not a 1/16th of what I went through with that shop, It was the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. From leaving my truck locked up in their shop all Labor Day weekend without calling me, to telling me my head unit is bad, which I found out was not true. Anyways… luckily Audio Excellence took me back with open arms, the owner Nassar and the whole crew really felt terrible for me and couldn’t believe a shop could mess up that bad and treat a customer so badly. They immediately booked me an appointment and talked in detail what needed to be done, and quickly figured out a game plan to get me and the truck straightened out. I show up on my appointment and they began to go through the mess the other shop created. Soon that morning, I get a call from Phil informing me that my head unit was not the problem as the other shop claimed, it was the wiring job, from other shop. So, the guys took pictures of the mess and documented what they found to help me. Nassar and his crew worked hard and got my stereo back in order with hard work and the professionalism you would expect from a reputable business. Well that’s my bitter sweet story, I’m very happy I can count on my friends at Audio Excellence to provide me with honesty, quality, knowledge, integrity and respect. I will never take my business elsewhere again....
Read moreI have been thinking over my review for the past couple months and waiting so I could truly write and honest review about the quality of my equipment as well. First day, I go in because I was referred by Greenway ford as this is the place to do any upgrades so I trusted them and went. Nasa helped me out and was very friendly priced everything out for me. It was a little over my budget but I trusted in the quality I was going to get. I already had a faceplate for my car which Nasa(the store owner) said it would work and I wouldn’t have to buy another one. Later on one of the workers calls me and says that I can’t use that face plate and that they need to get another one for my car but that they would take care of it and I didn’t need to worry. In my eyes as a customer I agreed to the original price that I was given and the fact that they needed to add on the part shouldn’t be my responsibility price wise because I was misinformed (believe me, I wouldn’t have gotten the set up if I knew I was going to be charged the extra $150 being that I was already about $200 over budget.) Then we fast forward to picking my car up, I had a friend give me a ride up to the store 3 different times that day because I was told my car would be ready, each time same story “oh something isn’t quite finished come back in x amount of time” so that pissed me off very much because I felt a burden to my friend at that point. After that being asked to pay for the extra part when I picked up the car and how my radio has been working in my car, I am VERY dissatisfied, I have had to replace my car battery twice which is something I believe should have been disclosed by nasa to me about the possibility being that I came to him as a customer and trusted him for his expertise on this project. About a month in I looked into returning on it and realized on the invoice it said no returns and there was only an exchange option 30 days after the invoice was written(my luck I read it 2 days after that time period was up).
