Frosty Fox has a nice, clean setup and is a great place to relax and talk with friends and family. It also has some nice desserts, aside from their bubble tea. They have some really interesting options, such as a soda take on bubble tea like the lychee-lime soda they currently offer, which pairs very well with the lychee jelly, and which comes with a slice of lime and 2 pieces of lychee in it as well. Their oolong tea and milk tea are also tasty, and I really enjoy the custards they have, which usually come with great toppings (chocolate has choco sauce and brownie squares, lychee has condensed milk and 2 lychees, matcha had condensed milk and mini mochi).
Frosty Fox also provides soy milk for people looking for milk alternatives in their milk tea.
However, you should know that Frosty Fox runs a bit on the sweet side, so you'll need to remember to adjust your sugar levels accordingly. ALSO, for taro lovers, their version might throw you off a little because the original recipe has condensed milk in it, so it runs sweet, rich, a bit thicker in consistency, and the taro flavor loses out to the creamy flavors in the drink. It makes for an indulgent dessert, but it's unlikely to give you a good taro hit, if that's what you were looking for. The puddings also run on the sweet side, given the sweet toppings, so if you're watching your sugar or don't like sweeter desserts, plan to share the pudding with someone and to get a drink...
Read moreOverall, this is not a boba shop I would recommend for my Asian boba tea addicts.
Pros: Clean and organized place Kids enjoyed the matcha puffle
Neutral/Cons: This is a Taiwanese-owned boba shop. The cashier had trouble communicating English when I asked her which fruit tea drink has fresh fruit instead of the artificial powdered flavoring stuff. The Thai tea doesn’t have a strong Thai tea flavor like what you would get from Thai places The strawberries slush is combination of strawberry and syrup but all I tasted was more of sweet syrup than fresh fruit. They don’t offer that many selections like grass jelly, clear boba, and fresh taro which are my favorite three I go for at boba tea shops. They don’t use that many fresh fruits ingredients. Their taro is the powdered version so it’s just a typical boba tea shop that uses artificial powdered flavoring ingredients with less choices from my experiences. Nothing that stands out. If you like bubble waffle that tasted like flavored pancake texture, then this is the place. I prefer the kind with a slight chewy texture, soft inside but with a crispness outside so it doesn’t get soggy and mushy when served with...
Read morePerfect Boba. Great atmosphere. Fun things for kids to do. Kind and friendly owners who operate the franchise with excellence. They put their own personal touches. I’ve brought my kids each week for Mango slush and Egg puffs. Delicious! My wife and I have also tried HK milk tea (I lived in HK! And it’s legit). Love Thai Milk Tea as well. My wife loves the brown Sugar Latte. You can request sugar levels (which we do) 50-70 percent strength is enough for us.
I’ve also come here to work, plenty of seats and comfortable seats. If they had lunch menu I’d be happy to stay longer!
Price is also very reasonable and you can stamp cards leading to free...
