7/10/24. I’ve never experienced lazier workers in my entire life. I came into this establishment and ordered a cafe con leche, literally translating to “coffee and milk”. When I received the coffee, it was watered down and had no milk whatsoever. After one sip, I walked up to the barista bar and kindly asked the barista if I could change my drink, because my cafe con LECHE did not come with any leche. The worker rudely told me that he could not change my drink, because their cafe con leche was not made with leche, and it was made with water instead. In what world is cafe con LECHE made without leche? Coffee that is made with water is literally just Cafe Americano. The workers proceeded to gang up on me and argue with me about how cafe con leche is made with water, and refused to change my drink, arguing that in Colombia, cafe con leche is made with water. I don’t know what small town in Colombia they are from, but I’ve never had a cafe con leche, sin leche, in Colombia and I don’t think anyone else has either. Imagine being so lazy to the point where you would rather gaslight and argue with a customer for 10 minutes instead of making the most simplistic coffee order the correct way, for the PAYING customer. I can’t imagine how many American customers they are scamming by making their cafe con leche sin leche. Read moreI’ve been going to this place a few times, but after my visit today, I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. I arrived around noon, and everything started normally with a “welcome in” from the man working there. However, things quickly went downhill when I approached the cashier. When I greeted him, his response was mocking and disrespectful, mimicking my voice in a way that made me uncomfortable. I thought maybe he was trying to be funny, but it felt more like he was making fun of me. I decided to brush it off, but then when I asked for a coffee, he barely looked at me, more focused on rearranging things on the counter. After I ordered, he told me "We don't have it" in a tone that suggested I should’ve already known. I’m not sure how I was supposed to be aware of that. He then casually offered me a hot chocolate while walking away, as if my order wasn’t worth his time. I felt like an inconvenience, not a customer. 🫠 It’s unfortunate because I’ve always had great experiences here with the other staff, especially Mariana, who is always so friendly and welcoming. Read moreI love this place. I went for the first time to csf winter park. When they’ve opened in Oviedo I was really happy. The atmosphere is great and the staff is super nice. But………: unfortunately they are missing an owners eyes and leaving it under staffed. My avocado toast as terrible /… the bread was mushy… the lines were long the wait was long and the worst …. The music was TERRIBLE…. What a pity su ch a beautiful place could be so special but unfortunately looks like the owner doesn’t care, doesn’t see and doesn’t listen to the complains of the customer….
