I don’t appreciate being followed around by the older gray haired lady. Several times now, she has followed me around the store. She even followed me when I was shopping with my grandsons. They even asked me why the lady was following us. If a 5 & 7 year old feel uncomfortable you know it’s bad. I told her today about how uncomfortable she makes me feel being stared at and followed. It’s a Hallmark store. So you can get the staples you’re looking for. But if you are looking for a peasant staff, go into Tulsa. They are much more friendly, accommodating, and have a better stock of items. Especially ornaments. Today wasn’t an isolated incident with aloof and patronizing sales people in Owasso. I’ve finally decided that I would rather travel the extra 25 minutes into Tulsa to not deal with sales people who don’t think it’s worth their time to help...

Bad customer service. Been there multiple times with similar experience.
