I wish that I had read and heeded the one star Yelp reviews before shopping at Nelson's. My experience with Nelson's was also poor. Nelson's provided the worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere. This become a very expensive lesson in "buyer beware" and "get everything in writing first." Exactly what everyone said. We literally had to fight with these people to get our product. Our RIGHT product. No one answers the phone and when someone does, it isn't who I need to talk to. Plus.... we paid too much (because we wanted a particular flooring) for this kind to be the service we received. It honestly took 3x longer than promised.
