1st- ordered these for store pickup, went in and both had different colored lampshades. One was white, one was a speckled linen. The lady agreed they were different and returned them so I reordered for shipping. 2- I ordered 2. I received ONE. The other showed pending shipment and never got shipped. I called and sent emails and kept getting a run around on it. Kirkland’s refused to send a replacement or refund until almost a MONTH has gone by. (From Nov 29th until Dec 23rd). Unreal! Extremely disappointed with this store. They have got to hire more people for cashier here. I stood in line for 1 hour and 15 minutes and 5 people were ahead of me. The people behind me started complaining about why it was taking so long. Lisa there was very disrespectful to the customers ahead of me as they were upset they had to wait so long. To be honest, I didn't feel bad. I didn't see one other employee at that store.

Unless you want to wait almost an hour and a half at the register, I wouldn't go here. AVOID this place if you are...

If you have asthma or and sensitivity problems DO NOT WALK INTO THIS STORE! The overwhelming smells can result in need for medical attention. Also, unless you look like money, they will ignore you. Google seriously needs to add more to their ratings. I can't comment on price...
