Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Kentucky

30 minutes in the drive-thru with 2 cars in front of me. Wow. This must be the freshest chicken salad I’ve ever tried, right? Oh wait… it’s the wrong chicken salad… it’s oddly warm… I got the wrong side… the bread is soggy… and i spent $12. Isn’t the chicken salad pre-prepared? Oh! Then what took 30 minutes to prepare? I’m just curious. Now I have to explain to my boss why it took more than 30 minutes to get chicken and mayonnaise from somewhere only 5 minutes away. Plus more time driving back to return the $12 chicken and mayonnaise mistake. When I woke up this morning, i didn’t expect an hour of my day to be devoted to $12 chicken and mayonnaise that I couldn’t even eat. Now; I will not be coming back. You can keep your chicken and mayonnaise and take all the time in the world mixing it up 12 different ways. But it won’t be my time or money you waste. You may have won this time chicken salad chick, but it won’t...

Drive thru. Ordered the three chicken salad plate & all three were fresh & delicious. They are also know for their grape salad which is something diffrent than what is available at most "fast food" restaurants. They have good cookies & it was a decent value for the portion sizes. Staff was courteous & patient as it took me a minute to decide what to order. They have several different types of chicken salad available so there are options to accommodate people's preferences. The location is a little off the very busy Hwy 54 but that is a good thing cause it makes it easier & safer to get in & out. There is plenty of parking but I love that they have the convenience of the drive...

Came here for lunch to try something new. My girlfriend has Alpha Gal Syndrome (red meat, pork allergy) and the staff member "Nicole" was super considerate of it. She wrote down the allergy in her order notes and instructed the kitchen to change gloves to minimize contamination. She then confirmed acknowledgement from the kitchen. It was great to see how they handled her AGS.

The food was also fantastic. It was fresh, and very flavorful. I got the Lemon Basil chicken salad on a classic salad with Italian. My girlfriend got the seasonal Delicious Diva chicken salad which had Cucumber and Dill. We both enjoyed the cute cafe atmosphere...
