Terrible experience with the worker at the front desk, was yelled at and threatened to have police called because the clock in the gym was off. After having my basketball taken from me and threatened to have the police called she flipped her name tag around so you couldn't see her name and in a very condescending manner said have a nice night as we were walking out of the building at 9:05. I understand if the clock is correct and you're purposely staying for awhile after it closes but this experience was one of the worst I've had and I've been there for many years without anything like this happening, in fact we would be allowed to finish up the games we were in the middle of playing at times without being yelled at, property being taken or threatened to have police called. I only used the basketball gym and will note it could use some upkeeping, the day pass is $10 and their hoop nets are tied to the rim to stay on, which a brand new one costs $2.99 at a local walmart? Trained at this facility on and off for 15 years. Grew up here. When they reopened from the mandated shutdown there were many policy changes due to Covid, which is totally reasonable. One example is wearing masks, again no issue there. However they have volunteer staff that will follow you around and harass you if your mask slips below your nose in the middle of an exercise. One volunteer got in my face (within 6 feet) while I was in the middle of a working set (Hands had weights in them). This volunteer threatened to kick me out of the building if I didn’t wear my mask correctly...I am generally disappointed in the response of the leadership when I brought it to their attention. I love the people who work the desk and PZ and his wife Terri. They are really great people.

Had a Birthday party there for my Grandson, very disappointing first of all no one got back to us about booking the day we needed.
