I do not recommend this Burger King. There is a older blonde woman that works in here that clearly is the hardest working one besides the old heavier set gentleman. The boy with the long hair needs to be watched back on camera because his attitude is absolutely dreadful when it comes to inappropriate situations. There was a young lady working to drive through a blonde younger girl we came through to DoorDash me and my husband for a customer we pulled up to the intercom there were two cars of course as usual pulled ahead so that they can not have it on their drive thru times that they're making you sit. We pull up to the intercom and we were told to wait 15 minutes past we decided to go ahead and pull up to the window thinking that maybe they had forgotten us we pull up to the window and the girl begins immediately screaming at my husband didn't I tell you to wake back there. When she never told us anything and in fact had us waiting longer than we should have waited for a door dash. She slams the window the boy with the long black hair comes and tells us to pull over by the gate he comes out hands us the food and it is absolutely cold. To get back at the customer for us driving up to the window he made The order wait and sit instead of giving it to so it could get to the customer in a promptly manner he decided to serve two other people before handing us a DoorDash that was ready before these other two people's order. I have reported them to doordash hopefully something gets done about it I strongly urge no one to order here your food will come out cold it will be gross and edible and have sat for a very long time due to the staff's behavior chasing off delivery drivers. this place is a disaster the dine-in is never open it's not open in the mornings you'll be lucky if it's open in the afternoons they claim it's because they're short staff but I have been in there when they weren't short staffed and it's unorganized besides the two people that I have seen working. The younger girl needs fired immediately! I hope you read this your little minium wage job is not the customer fault! You hate your job get a new one! You suck! And to the manager how dare you allow them to treat what writes your check and pay your bills the way I seen...
Read moreOxford Burger King is the WORST!! Worst employees ever! When you get repeatedly cussed at when trying to get a refund thru the drive thru, that employee needs to go! Ordered breakfast and was told a 6 min wait, okay, we pull forward to wait as directed. 11 mins later they bring the food out, only to find they gave us COLD hash browns after waiting longer than expected! Pull back around and tell them we just want a refund and give them the food back and they tell us they can’t give us our CASH REFUND back because they are not competent enough! Of course they just had some new hash browns up and they proceed to put new ones in there and shove the bag back out the window. Told them we don’t want the food, but a refund. They refused. Told them we would be back in 1.5 hrs after going to church in which they have now made us late to! We return after church as we told them to be cussed out and told they aren’t giving us a refund back because of our attitude?! What?!? Lobby is closed due to short staffed also so the only option is drive thru. The police were called and the system works so great that we are trespassed there now and we left without a refund! Mind you we paid cash! Wouldn’t go back there ever anyway after this nightmare! Do better Burger King and hire some employees that are competent to do their job! Read moreThis store is very unprofessional, slow, and rude. As a delivery driver I have been here five times, and each time I’m met with aggression. The first time I had the window slammed in my face because I asked why the lobby was closed. I was patient and polite, simply curious, and I was met with hostility. Subsequent times I had to ask for items, like straws or napkins, and was met with hostility each time. Once, I heard the employees talking badly about a customer in the drive thru line because he asked them for napkins to wipe down a messy cup of soda. Funny enough, the same thing happened to me recently. I asked for napkins to clean the messy drink and the employee began shouting at me for “being rude.” Clearly they were trying to paint themselves as victims, but nevertheless I apologized for any perceived rudeness and asked if there was anything I could do to be better. The employee then said I have a bad attitude, slammed the window shut, and walked away. I try not to leave bad reviews because the food service industry is often thankless, with many overly critical customers. But this has been happening to me regularly, at this location only, and it should serve as a warning to anyone thinking about supporting this restaurant. An overhaul is needed before I will ever be seen here as a paying customer. As a delivery driver I am there on behalf of an already paying customer. I always put their best interests first.
