We took our four year old to the soft play area. This place is so poorly managed. The employees (with the exception of one guy) were on their phones most of the night. They were not watching the children at all.

The girl that was supposed to be watching the soft play area should be fired immediately. She stood at the gate and allowed anyone inside which included a group of about ten boys that didn’t have wrist bands for the soft play area. She continued to let toddlers and babies run out of the gate when opening and closing the gate. It didn’t phase her. She just stood there staring around. Fortunately a parent saw a toddler run out and she had to run out after him through the arcade. This particular employee would occasionally leave to get a drink refill and then return. In the attached picture you can see the female staff members back at the gate where she stood with her purse on the entire time.

The boys were some kind of team. In the photos you can see one in a black sweatshirt with green writing. They all wore this sweatshirt. They were entirely too aggressive and out of control running over all the little kids in the soft play area. At one point one of the boys went up the slide and slammed his head into another kid coming down. The girl laid in the floor at the bottom of the slide in the fetal position holding her head. Fortunately one of the boys did try to locate her mom. Meanwhile the employee never saw the girl until the boy approached her. Then the employee picked her up and carried her out leaving the area once again unattended.

I’ve never seen a place that hosts for children so poorly managed. A major lawsuit is waiting to happen due to staff negligence and incompetency.

There was one male staff worker with hearing aids who was responsible and working extra hard to make up for the lack of support from other employees. He came to the soft play area for a little while and refused to allow anyone inside (including the basketball team that tried to return) without a wristband. They stood at the gate taunting him and then went to the ninja course and taunted him from the top. He didn’t back down and wouldn’t let them inside. He also addressed a parent about allowing his child to jump over the couches onto us to enter the soft play area. This guy deserves some serious recognition.

In regards to the soft play area specifically, our daughter enjoyed it but I feel that allowing 4-12 year olds is too small of an area for such a vast range of ages. The four year olds are slow and gentle. There’s only one way up. 12 year olds are fast and aggressive. They try to jump over the little ones and there’s a power struggle. Not to anyone’s fault but the age range is too big for such a small shared space.

The go carts were closed for several hours while we were there to charge. My husband and the the other men with us wanted to do that while the little ones played but this wasn’t an option. It would be a better plan to have them charged before a peak time.

I didn’t check out any of the other areas but the men did complain about the prices of the games. One claw game was $5.00. That is a lot for one try.

There were lots of employees at the front door to help people check in and pay but beyond that point, the staff was useless and sparse. I understand today’s younger people are different than me growing up but it is absolutely unacceptable that staff members stand around on their phones while children are running wild injuring others.

I might attempt to return in the early mornings when there aren’t a lot of guests, but I most definitely won’t return in the afternoon when I know a lot of people will be there. For the owners sake, I pray they get their staff under control before they are hit with a huge lawsuit for personal injury or death of a child.

After looking at my pics I noticed you can see several staff members standing around talking and using their phones. This was unintentional. I was only taking pics...

I'd give it a 3.5, almost 4 mostly based on the expense of it. It can easily add up quick for a family. Went on a Saturday in May 2024 after lunch as a group of 9. We played putt putt, virtual reality, ninja warrior course, arcade, axe throwing & laser tag. Spent about 4- 5 hours there.

Location: easy to find by gps. Has its own parking lot & easy to park.

Service: could be more interactive or work the floor more. Most interaction is behind the counter and it was a little scattered. It would be nice to have a worker stationed at each area or just interacting more with guests.

Atmosphere: open, could be easily crowded but spaced out pretty well. Good for general fun, birthdays, etc.

Things to do: putt putt, bowling, laser tag, ninja warrior course, arcade, go karts, axe throwing and virtual reality. There are small eats near the bowling alley (nachos, drinks, etc.).

Personally think putt putt is best bang for your buck. It was $9/person for 18 holes. It took us about 1 1/2 hours to go through it as a large group. Only downfall of putt putt is its outside in direct sun- no shade at all except one hole that goes through a cave-like area. Otherwise, you'll be in the sun. It got hot really quick. Also they should do something for hole-in-ones. You get nothing. They could easily give arcade prize points or even a bottle water as a prize. Just something!

The ninja warrior course is probably the best kid activity because its $10 for all day. Our 11 year old did about 5 laps during our time there. Biggest downfall of the ninja warrior course is its strategically placed where you have to walk through the arcade to get to & runs above the arcade so kids are gonna see the arcade and want it. Also the entry/exit gets really congested- they also could use a shoe cubby because shoes just pile up on the floor.

Our 19 year old nephew and adults enjoyed the virtual reality. It was $7/person.

The arcade will get you quick. You put money on a card and use it to play games (some give you points for prizes & some dont). It also has a 3% charge if you load the card with a debit card rather than cash. Each game costs $1 and up with most being $2+. While there was a decent variety (racing, shooting, basketball, claw machine, etc), there were a few that were broken. Also, it takes a lot of points to get anything decent. We spent $20 in the arcade and our 11 year old got 227 points which was just enough to get play handcuffs (225 points).

My husband & SIL played laser Tag & ace throwing & enjoyed it. Laser tag was $7/person for 7 minutes and they felt that was decent. The laser tag is 2 stories with lighted vests. They did say it was so dark they did hit walls and trip sometimes. Axe throwing was about $30 for 30 minutes. They took them to the area and gave them a notebook (they weren't told what the book was for but realize it was for score). They said that although they hit the target, sometimes it wouldn't stick so maybe the axe was too dull.

We did not try the go karts but they looked fun. We also didn't do bowling because it was $45/lane and only allowed 6 people per lane.

Overall, a great addition to the area. I do wish it could be a little more affordable, especially bowling & arcade. They would benefit from awarding guests more with hole-in-ones at putt putt (even if only on certain holes), having better prizes for arcade points (bc alot of it is cheap items), and maybe even doing a punch card for visits (one punch or stamp/ visit).

Has a lot...

Don’t waste your money. We won’t be back. We had a child’s birthday here with a small group of 6 kids and it was the worst experience we have ever had at a facility like this. The party started off fine and our hostess was kind. The problem lies in the events included with the party. We opted for Laser Tag and Go-Carts. There were no time slots reserved for our party which led to wait times in excess of an hour at each activity. The lines were not managed well by the staff and allowed other groups in line ahead of our party that were waiting less time than us. The entire experience was very taxing, unorganized and frustrating to say the least. We will never return here for any reason which is very sad because this place has potential to be great but is currently very poorly run. Good luck to Big Time Entertainment and for those of you who decide to go, you may want to allow plenty of extra time because our party ended almost an hour ago and I’m still waiting in line at our second activity as I write this review.

  • UPDATE * We wound up leaving 2 hours after our party time was up and never got to complete the 2nd activity we paid for. I spoke with the manager on duty and explained the situation. I overheard her telling the event director, “It’s a Saturday, I’m just going to start telling these people if they don’t have time to wait in line then don’t choose go-carts as an activity.” We waited nearly an hour for Laser Tag and almost 2 hours for go-carts that we never got to do. That is excessive when you have a scheduled event in any situation. I was refunded $30 of the $385 cash I paid for the party. Again, we will...
