Smoothie King — Restaurant in Oxford

The staff most of the time seems pretty unpleasant and unhappy. There’s usually a lot gnats and ants crawling on the counter by the food. The gave me 2 coupons for free 20oz smoothies but the lady didn’t want to let me use it unless I gave a 5 star review. Told her it would be very easy to do it now but said I could just use it next time I came. I didn’t think that was fair since the coupon didn’t say that at all. She ended up letting me use it, but was not happy about it and went on and on about how the staff member that gave me the coupons wasn’t supposed to give them to me or should have told me about the review ( mind you by this time I’ve already made a 5 star review since it literally took me 20 secs). I usually go here after I leave the gym and I always place my order on the app about 15-20 minutes before I’m done at the gym. Idk why I expect friendly staff every time I come because there is only 1 employee here who is actually friendly and she always says “ my pleasure and have a great day “ she actually smiles. The rest are extremely rude . I went today and the person at the window ( male) just opened the window and looked at me and didn’t say a word; waiting for me to say my name I guess . So after our silent staring contest I finally told him my name and he looked so aggravated to even be there ; he shut the window and someone else gave me my order . I’m really hoping Oxford opens another smoothie place so I can stop going here . Service...

Made special trip to get smoothie bowl for lunch. Went inside and when I got it, it was not frozen at all. He offered to make me another one, so I waited and he remade it. It was still just liquid, not frozen at all. Two days later, I went through the drive through again, hoping it would be better. This one was worse! Just liquid, not even slushy. I called and asked for the manager. The girl (who was rude and could not have cared less) said she wasn’t there and that they leave the bowls in the fridge until they made them because they’d be frozen otherwise. I left my name and number for the manager. She has not called me back. I will drive the extra 2 miles to go back to Healthy Bowls where they are friendly and the bowls are...
