Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oxford

I normally try not to write bad reviews but this Sonic is terrible I'll just drive the extra time and go to the one on Greenbrier from now on. Half the time there not even open at 7 when they suppose to open at 6. Then the other times they're taking extra long or burning the food. I stop there because my toddler loves sonic but today Tracy was so rude..because today, just like Tuesday we got burnt french toast and bacon. Then it was a pieces of broken burnt bacon not edible at all, not a full order, and I'm for sure they saw and knew it by looking at it putting it in the bag. The French toast burnt too where you can barely even bite it.. I let it ride Tuesday and the other many times it happen but not today I called. And Tracy needs to be retrained on customer service and proper phone etiquette and the manager on duty this morning who was having her rely some odd the messages before I was rudely hung up on. Food was hot, service was friendly, but wasn't thrilled that the person who brought my food out apologized for her sniffles. I wasn't questioning them due to cold weather. It was her telling me she apologized bc insulation just fell on her while work was being done on the ceiling. I work in the food industry. I felt bad for her being in a position for that to happen & the misery & discomfort she had to endure due to it for the remainder of her shift. I trust it wasn't being done around the food, but it shouldn't fall on an employee handling food & insulation is an irritant that was making her uncomfortable. My concerns were to her well being. Just got back from Oxford Sonic... Very disappointed. We ordered 6 shakes. 4 of which were Banana. After making one they informed us that they were out of Bananas. Informed me that we would have to choose some other flavors. Did NOT offer a refund. After changing our order and waiting they brought out 4 of the six shakes. I informed them we were missing two. We waited again and they finally brought out 2 more shakes. Upon arriving home we discovered that the pumpkin pie shake my pregnant Daughter ordered has not been made and they gave us a peanut butter shake instead. I have now been trying to call them for the last 15 minutes and they do not answer their phone. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone...very...
