Great American Cookies — Local services in Oxford

Dude was friendly that took my order but that was the end of the positive experience, i ordered a round cookie cake decorated like a pizza, paid the extra $5.00 for fully iced and all that. Nearly $60 and when i picked it up and got it home i was impressed with the way it looked...up until i cut it. This cookie is still mostly raw, like the dough is soft and i can roll it into a ball with no effort. Its also like maybe an 1/8th of an inch thick. Definitely did not look anything like the cookie cakes they had on display, absolutely disappointing experience and complete waste of money....

Horrible service by who I think was the manager. Made my little sister cry over her birthday cake. Kept telling us we ordered in Oxford Mississippi. How?? We live in Alabama. Make it make sense. Didn’t give a cutting knife for the two layered cookie cake. How we suppose to eat? Very unprofessional company. They called me a week ago asking if I was still interested in working for them, told me they will call me back after the Valentine's Day rush dies down for an interview. I was looking forward to it. Proceeds to send me an email before Valentine's Day is even here telling me they aren't interested in hiring me now when they didn't even give me a chance.
