Was told I had a lifetime warranty on my ring for repairs , cleaning and sizing. We'll I've taken my ring there for 3 diamond replacements and 2 sizings and cleaning . We'll my big diamond fell out and luckily I retraced my steps and found the diamond on the bathroom sink. Now after taking NY ring for cleaning and everytime they they check it before they clean it. Was told my prongs were broken is why diamond fell out. And also told I should have had it checked every 3 months . We'll when I bring it to get it cleaned I'm presuming it's being checked isn't that why they are Checking it. Was told how much it would cost to fix the broken prongs . Will just take my ring elsewhere since I'm having to pay for the ring to be repaired. For the amount of money I paid cash at that the ring should have lasted many years. I have a cheaper ring I bought elsewhere thst I've had 25 years never list a diamond or had to have any kind of repairs. I will never buy anything else from this place or send anyone else here as I have in the past. I don't know if different people have it now but the guy thst use to work there was super nice and helpful these folks now so much. I was even ask by one of the ladies if I was sure that's where I bought my ring . Like I didn't remember where I spent a few thousand dollars cash. Trying to make people feel stupid is just rude. Never again not one dollar...

I just have to brag on the guys at Jewelry Express in the Quintard mall. I’ve been searching for a jewelry store that would resize my engagement ring in less than two weeks because i didn’t want to part with it for that long. I went in there at about 1:30 today and they said they could do it before they close today. I told them i had to work at 4 and may not be able to pick it up unless they let me take a break at work and they said they would go ahead and do it next so i could get it done before i go into work and they had it resized perfectly by 3:00! This place is a complete joke. Took my wife's ring in for a repair and they lost the ring then finally found it and it was missing a diamond and acted clueless like they didn't know. Also completely lost the piece they were suppose to repair and never found it. Extremely rude customer service and the lady is a complete a hole that works there.
