Bojangles — Restaurant in Oxford

NEVER AGAIN! We stopped by on 8-20-2019 to purchase a meal to take home for my girlfriend's birthday. At first, we were told to park and the chicken would be ready in 12 minutes. This was at 8:02 PM. At 8:24PM, a worker came put to tell us that they "were out of" two of the three sides that we ordered. She then changed her excuse to "the cook is slow and didn't make any." We asked to see a manager. By the time that he came out, we were so disgusted with the service that we asked for a refund and left. We went to KFC and placed our order where we were served in less than 10 minutes. This was my FIRST and LAST visit...

Legit, like the best fried chicken I've had in forever! I haven't had Bo's since I moved to Texas in 1995 and I've always had a soft spot for this franchise. I talk it up every time I head back south and my family plays along, but neither of us on this particular trip expected the food to be as good as it was. Everything - the chicken, the sides, the biscuits - was hot and fresh, the counter help was helpful and pleasant and the store clean and homey. I may never come to this location ever again but, for now, it stands as the yardstick by which I will measure all franchise fried...

We went through the drive through and we order a 3 piece finger meal and 4 piece finger meal the lady was rushing us with ordering. So we get to the window and paid got our drinks and it was taking a while to get our food. When we got our food we said thank and the lady said nothing back and rude to us really. When I checked if we got everything I noticed that the napkins were inside the box of food getting all greasy and not usable. Also I saw that my 3 piece was a 2 piece and a nugget size piece of chicken and our biscuits were both burnt. So overall we had a terrible service and...
