Bought a clock from the store and they quaranteed it would run. She did start it in the store it ran for a couple minutes and she packed it up. I got it home, hung it up and it would run for a few minutes then stop. We tried everything listed on the instructions. I called and they said bring it in. After a week or so I got a phone call saying it was taken home and ran fine for three days. Great, but it didn't run fine at my house. Drive the 45 minutes to pick it up, get it home and it works. Wonderful! It ran for a week and has stopped again. I call them to see what could be done about it - bring it in, meet the guy that sells the clocks and have him take a quick look at it. Nope, they aren't going to do anything more. Basically insinuating that I'm lying about it not working. So much for standing behind...

The first time they said they were closing in 10 minutes in an extremely rude manner. The second time, they told me that they were closing soon and I “probably won’t have time to browse”.
