Brothers Tacos — Restaurant in Ozark

My wife and I ate here for the first time this evening and we will definitely be going back. To start off with, the salsa that came out with our chips was some of the best I have had for flavor and a little bit of heat. Absolutely loved the flavor! I had the Brothers Smothered Burrito and then got two steak street tacos and one carnitas street taco. They were all excellent! The sauce that came with the burrito was wonderful and the fresh avocado slices on top were perfect. The street tacos were some of the best I have had and I must say the green sauce that came with them by itself will have me going back. The location is kind of hidden and small with only a few tables inside, but don't let that detour you. The food is well worth it. The gal that took our order was very friendly and checked on us a couple times. I would highly recommend Brothers Tacos if you are looking for some great Mexican food...

Service the last three times we tried was abysmal. I hate giving bad reviews as I worked in a restaurant over 10 years. But I feel that they have potential. The tacos are great. The food overall is really good. Service is horrendous. Every time we went in the service was bad. I hate saying that. I really think if they worked on that, it would be a decent place to eat. But this last time I went in, we had taco salads. They were pretty bad. I really wanted them to be great. But they weren't. I was told this is how they make them. Stopped in for chicken nachos and chimichanga meal. Food was WONDERFUL! Everything had flavor and spice. Salsa was very good and not too spicy. We were not brave enough to try the habanero salsa though 🥵 We were chatting with the owner who is a very friendly young lady. I was commenting that I was going to get the birria tacos on my next visit & she brought out an order of 2 for us to try! AND THEY WERE FIRE!! They cost $3.50 each and are worth EVERY CENT!!
