Burger King — Restaurant in Ozark

So I hate being the customer that has to leave a bad review I worked for fast food so I know you guys can’t control a lot of stuff that goes wrong but I ordered through the app at 2:08 I arrived to the location at 2:10 when I get to the speaker I get told one moment I’ll be right with you which is no problem I waited 10 minutes to say hello? Again I got I’ll be with you in one minute after that I drove around to park and go in as I drove around I saw that there was NO CARS in the drive thru waiting before me so I went inside there was about five people working all had headsets on they were joking around and talking except the two people cooking and the one guy cleaning. Which he stopped to come help me the processed my order and I still waited inside for my food. As I was waiting I could see all my items are ones that are pre made to help get orders out faster yet I still waited like they were being made fresh, the only item I had that I would have to wait for is Cinni minis which i have no problem waiting for, also as I was waiting I could hear the drive thru girls arguing on who would take the guys cash at the window. I then got my food and was back in my car at 2:32 , then when I got to my work i noticed that my cinni minis did not have icing and also had a sticker that said it expired on Friday. Like I said I completely understand that sometimes people have to wait for food but when the store is not busy and has all my items except for one on the heater ready to go I shouldn’t have to wait for 30mins for food. Today, July 9th 2016 me, my mom, brother, and sister drove through the drive thru and got a whopper meal, and 3 10pc chicken nuggets. We also told them we needed bbq , sweet n sour, honey mustard, and zesty sauce. We got to the window, and they gave us our stuff, we started pulling out, and they forgot the zesty sauce. And so we drove back thru the drive thru ( because there was only one person in line) and they gave us the sauce. I gave my sister, and brother their chicken nuggets, and I reached to get mine. And i opened the bag and it was Mac n'cheetos. ( which are supposed to be in a box) and so I told my mom to turn around. And I went inside. I talked to a guy (little did I know he was the manager) I told him that I ordered 3 10 PC chicken nuggets and one bag had Mac n cheetos in it. He took them from me, and threw them in the area under the heat lamp that keeps the food hot , and he gave me my nuggets. I got in the car and told my mom what happened and she said that's gross, and someone could accidentally get them, even tho I already had them, and he shouldn't of took them back, and he should have thrown them in the trash. Its a violation with the health department. Then, my brother called them back to make sure that he threw them away. And he flipped out. And told my brother to fuc* off, and hung up on him. THE MANAGER DID THAT. Then my brother called him back to ask for his name , and he refused and threatened to call the cops. BURGER KING IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD PLACES. Normally I don’t tend to summit reviews but after stopping thru the drive thru Saturday night with my family & the horrible disrespect we received I decided to share.

Saturday night my wife and daughter wanted Burger King so we drove from Nixa. We pulled up to the drive thru and placed our order. The person working drive thru took our order of corse getting all messed up. So when we pulled up to the window to pay we had him repeat the order back to us once again getting it wrong and we told him to take cheese off our daughters hamburger. He told us he fixed it and then we paid. Once we received our food we pulled to the end of the building to check it before driving home. Sure enough it had cheese on it. We pulled to a parking space up front my wife goes in and explains again that our order got messed up. They fixed the issue but when my wife came back out to the car she told me there were employees talking about her and saying she never mentioned taking cheese off of a hamburger.

It was just all around a horrible experience. Sorry to say but the staffing needs work on better...
