So pleased with the efficient and friendly service at the UPS store in Pacific Grove. I’ve had a mailbox there for over a year and have been very impressed with the quick and efficient email/text notifications when I’ve received a package. Picking up my packages and mail is always a breeze. They always greet me by name and know my box number by heart, sometimes even having my packages waiting for me before I walk in the door! They are always very helpful with any shipping question and very efficient and careful when packing items in boxes. My organization shipped 2 boxes to be delivered at another address and there just was a huge mix up. calling main UPS customer service was helpful, but they just didn't seem to care that this was time sensitive and have a sense of urgency I required. I called the closest UPS store to my event and spoke to Mandy. Mandy immediately got on top of my situation and did some research, found my boxes and somewhere between the hub and everyone looking for these boxes they were delivered to the important people for the event. I felt that Mandy went above and beyond her job for me that day and I want to make sure SHE know she is SO appreciated and maybe her office can make her employee of the month or SOMETHING! Brought in an already boxed item from manufacture. Lady said it would have to be repacked by them for $40. Said no thanks and went to FedEx and shipped fine. Came back a month later to ship clothes. Asked if I should put something in there for empty space. Same lady from a month ago got some bubble wrap. Put it in the box and taped it up. Didn’t ask me or tell me the price. Go to pay, told me 1 price then she remembered the little bit of bubble wrap and charged me $7 more. After she put it in and taped up the box! Felt like I had no choice! Not using this...
