Worst store ever! I bought a new Voopoo battery and Subohm Uforce tank yesterday, rep at store put it together, I took it home and with using it less than an hour it was pouring juice everywhere. Ruined the shirt I was wearing, the coil was fried, with my only puffing it a few times. There is no way to turn down the wattage on the stick. Voopoo battery and tank reviews online via YouTube by raters who were sent them by the COMPANY to do video reviews, state Voopoo recommends to return to the items to the store for replacement in the first 90 days! Owner REFUSED to exchange it, said they would keep and test it for defects. Didn't even ask for my name or number to call, gave me my receipt back. Hacks. Will file BBB complaint. In reply, owner stated she had my name and number in the system, but having given me back the receipt, I guess she was going to Psychically find that information? I guess when I called back and gave the information and said don't you need my name/#? The gentleman who answered would have said "We have all your information in the system already, thanks, we will call you when we find out more". No, she told me that no business makes money by exchanging stuff "just because someone didn't like the color. You can't return your Defective cell phone to the Store for an exchange one day later or a new car". Neither of which is true obviously... I was also told that the issue was more than likely my being unfamiliar with how to Vape and probably did it incorrectly, burning up the coil, causing the tank to leak. After 10+ brands of Batteries/Mods and countless tanks and coils, I think I am more than familiar with how the process works! I was called back a day later and advised that the rep had vaped MY tank for a little while the night before and that morning while working with a new coil and no problems found. I could come pick it up. Like I want a tank someone else has been using too?!? I said I'd like to exchange for a different brand, probably more expensive, they can return the other to the manufacturer, he said he'd have to get with me this week...Crazy! Unbelievable! They Vaped my tank, noting that yes, their saliva would backwash into it, "but we rinsed it out". Stated we couldn't reproduce the problem so no exchanges or return for a new, more expensive item. Yuck, like I want to inhale their saliva. I'm reporting to the Health Department, BBB, Attorney General and every review site I can find....DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE KEEPING MY DEVICE AND MONEY. Business Information if anyone else needs to sue them

Closest store to me. Really friendly folk, helpful and knowledgeable. Unless it's a complaint... then the guy becomes a bit snobby and defensive. They've been "misprinted" for over a year. It's Pinup Marilyn salt, Says 50mg on the front label but the back says it's 25mg. After a year I'm not buying the misprint story anymore. That's a big red flag about their honesty... cause if I don't mention it they don't mention it. Honest sales would give every customer a heads-up on mislabeled products. Used to exclusively use Q devices... bought a pack of pods one day... all but one tasted like cleaner. Let them know about it... didn't ask for a refund, I was thinking the same thing as them... maybe it was just a bad run. Bought another pack... got a couple that were ok in that one told them about it... this time I kind of expected them to step and stand behind what they are selling. But no. I just bought some pods XROS 4 Nano f the Q devices if the quality is that bad. Found out that 3ml XROS pods were available... I was all about it. Great for months... last 4 packs 3 out of the 4 pods, leaking to empty right after filling before even touching my lips. Kinda hoping they would step up and offer a suggestion or a refund. Nothing. Well, today when I mentioned it his sob came out... "Well, that usually happens from drawing too hard." I've explained the situation every week when I buy pods... it is before I even get to use it. I already planned on switching back to 2ml... we'll run with that and see how works. Hopefully, 3ml is just junk and the 2ml are still good. We'll see... I'll update the review if things continue to head. I'm not ignorant to the fact that this is an almost unregulated industry and it is very easy for a seller to get taken by a distributor or local producer. But as the seller you're what the end user relies on. Update, They have reached out, but I missed the call. So should hear back between now and Monday. Ran a test. Brand new XROS 3 nano and brand new pack of 2ml 0.8 pods. Filled the brand-new pod let it sit to wick/prime. Come back 15 minutes later... pods empty device is flooded. Photos included. I'll keep the updates coming.

We used to love going here because it was convenient, fast, and easy for us. Then, we continued to go here when we moved 25 minutes away because the service we received was outstanding. Seriously, above and beyond helpful. Lately, the new staff has left a less than desirable effect and we have started going elsewhere. I can't speak for everyone there but we started having to go outside of normal office hours. Continuously began to get a newer female employee that knows little information about products. I assumed it was a acquired knowledge so I didn't think much about it. Recently, and for at least month or two, we have has a slew of issues. Ended up with wrong product information several times. We have been told they can no longer look up previous records anymore. My boyfriend was sold the wrong batteries with a mod. The manager told us it wasn't an issue and bring them back. When we finally got out that way again, we were told to come back during normal work hours and there wasn't anything that they could do. We explained that we don't have the availability and the employee said sorry. They didn't offer take our information or look into it. I later found out the same employee who told us there was nothing they could do, also was the cause for the wrong. Our questions come with a shoulder shrug and an I don't know as if it was too much effort to even look. So we started going elsewhere. If you know what you need already and it's close, they have a decent selection or juice and filters. If you are like us and want to try new products or are just starting out, you have to get there during certain hours or go somewhere with more helpful employees.

We used to love going here because it was convenient, fast, and easy for us. Then, we continued to go here when we moved 25 minutes away because the service we received was outstanding. Seriously, above and beyond helpful. Lately, the new staff has left a less than desirable effect and we have started going elsewhere. I can't speak for everyone there but we started having to go outside of normal office hours. Continuously began to get a newer female employee that knows little information about products. I assumed it was a acquired knowledge so I didn't think much about it. Recently, and for at least month or two, we have has a slew of issues. Ended up with wrong product information several times. We have been told they can no longer look up previous records anymore. My boyfriend was sold the wrong batteries with a mod. The manager told us it wasn't an issue and bring them back. This is one of the best vape stores around. the staff is super friendly and will go the extra mile to help you get the right equipment for you. thanks do the FDA they are no longer allowed by law to make any changes or adjusments to your mod but they are happy to explain anything you want to know. I asked tons of questions and the guy never ran out of paitience. They let you try as many flavors as you want again exhibiting ridculous amounts of paitience. Last time I did that I probably tasted over 30 and it didn't faze them one bit. It used to be free but again thanks to the government they now have to charge for it. They tried charging a penny but were told that wasn't allowed so now they have to charge a dollar.

They also have the very best prices around on hardware. I had to buy 2 18650 batteries for my new mod and they were only asking $9 for 3000 maH when the other shop was asking $15 for the same thing. The deals continue when looking at the mods. They sell the Smok Mag kit for $73 when the other shop wanted $100. All the other mods had a similar price difference.

The entire shop is really nice and everything is clean. There is a lounge area with a couple of comphy leather couches and a large TV. it's a nice place to hang ou and chat with other vape enthusiats. Theres always a few vape magazines to flip through. They have a cooler stocked with soda and Monster energy drinks.

They also have a couple of tablets with info on all the eJuices they sell so it's easy to find the right juice to fit your taste.

I definiely recomend joining thier rewards program. You gets points for anythin you buy which get you discounts on future purchases. The last time I was there I got $10 off my juice. My favorite is Grumpy old bastard a super yummy toffee flavor I haven't seen for sale anywhere else.
