The installer broke my upstairs shut off valve and said he capped it so it wouldn't leak till my plumber got there the next day. Well he didn't cap it correctly and it leaked and now I have water stains in the drywall on the main floor. Granite Heroes will not do anything about it. They don't know what customer service is and I would not recommend anyone...
