Pacific Ice Rink — Local services in Pacific

So much wrong with this place. I guess it could be used for a single teams practice, but it should never host a game. I get it was an indoor soccer field converted while another rink was being constructed but it should have been torn down. Parking is horrible here if there is a game and then another game. Hard to believe it actually meets the cities parking requirements. Locker rooms are like a small hall closet. Truly is a joke. The toilet rooms are a wreck along with the accessories like soap and paper towels. I know many rinks toilets suck but this takes tops. Viewing is crap. No stands and elevated rink. It only has single standing viewing around the boards. They have three small round tables, good luck. You better not be handicap or on the shorter side. Not enough room. Way to crowded everywhere when two teams are there.

Again, i can not believe Chesterfield is still holding onto this piece of crap....

Normally, I dont complain about a place unless its 100% horrible. I will tell you, none of my boys will never go to this rink again. Not only was child not getting the proper help when he fell, but was being ignored the whole time. He sat on the ice the whole 30 mins. While the other kids were getting help. Then. when it was over and free skating started. My son was still sitting on the ice with all the big kids skating around him. No teacher still didnt help him to the door! My son had to crawl while other kids skated around him!! One teacher was arm reach away and didnt even bother to help him up!! She even looked at him and skated away . My hubby had to pull him off the ice! I was very disappointed...

This place is a nice place to skate, but their organizational skills are sub par at best. They change skate times on a whim and sometimes they don’t even show up at all. I just waited 50 mins in the parking lot for stick and puck before I just gave up and went home. Drove 30 minutes back to my house and just for laughs called the place to see if I made a good choice to leave. Sure enough nobody was there still. Surprise.
