I would NOT recommend this jeweler ever! They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money. Make promises of having a job done but it took 3 weeks longer than the original two weeks stated. Then he made a sketch how exactly the job was to be done, only for me to pick it up and its nothing like the drawing. He also is extremely over priced, ive had this exact job done elsewhere for a fraction of the price i was charged here. To finalize the customer service is shotty and rude. I recommend traveling elsewhere to get what you want and be happy with it, because im very disappointed with every part of this experience, never to return! Work looks VERY cheap too for...

Initially I went to have a gold bracelet shortened, which they did an excellent job with. Mr. Dickens does the repairs himself. While there I decided to purchase a new gold wedding band as well. Randi helped me find the perfect type of ring I wanted and was helpful with sizing. They have beautiful jewelry, and anything you might want that they don’t have on hand, they can get within a couple days. Not to happy with this last visit. I took a bracelet in to have the little stone replaced and the clasp fixed. They fixed the stone but didn't fix the clasp. Charged me 48.00. They put it on my wrist before I left. When I was getting into my truck to leave it must have fell off my wrist because when I looked down to close my door to the pickup I just happen to see the bracelet on the ground.
