I had a wonderful experience with this Korean clothing store, both in person and through their online shop. I visited the store once and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere—it was clean, well-organized, and had a beautiful selection of stylish, high-quality clothing. Everything felt very authentic, and I appreciated that all of the items are made in Korea, which really shows in the craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The products are decently priced considering how most of the items are directly shipped from Korea. However; the caveat of this reality is that they often don't wish to be associated with returns when there is customer dissatisfaction. There is no returns allowed whatsoever, although store credit will be issues for clothes, while cosmetics are final sale, no exchange at all.

I find this process entirely stressful as there were no fitting rooms as far as I am concerned. and some cosmetics intentionally are packaged without expiration on the outside, but my $7/pack sheet masks expire within 6 months. Usually, a freshly minted face mask pack will indicate an expiration date 2 years from the current year as they have a long shelf life. I was looking for skin care and asked the young girl working there for help. She made some great recommendations on eye cream and face wash. I looked up the reviews and her recommendations were highly recommended. The store has various things: skin care, very cute socks, pet supplies, beautiful earrings and gorgeous rings.
