ALDI — Local services in Palm Bay

I have not been to Aldi's in a while, because it is not close by, but after visiting one on Saturday, I am remembering what a great place it is to shop. They have such a variety of items, that you normally don't see in your local Walmart or even in Publix. Their fruits and vegetables are excellent, choice of cheeses, meats, and wines are extensive, and most importantly their prices are very very reasonable. The items they offer may not be brand names that you recognize but in most cases they are just as good or even better than popular brand name items. The products are changing all the time, so you may not necessarily find what you're looking for, every time you go. But keep on going, because there will always be wonderful new items and surprises. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Remember to bring your own bags or boxes for transporting your purchases. They cut down on overhead, so we can save money on lower prices. I like Aldi but the customer service here is so bad. I almost always get a rude cashier. I actually stopped going here because the cashiers are so rude. I know it's the training and the management because once they kept telling me to put my card in before they finished ringing everything up. They also told me I can't pack my bags while they check me out. I told them I would not get in their way and they have told me I had to put my card in. I told them no that I wanted to know the total first. I was told this was their training and how I had to do it. I stopped coming here for months. I have been to many aldis in my life and they are never this rude. I finally got a nice cashier 2x this month. One was newer and the other was a trainee. That is why they got a 2. Change your management style. Just because your the only one close does not mean we will not go other place. Aldi would be disappointed in this store. Typically I'm super happy with this store and the level of customer Service, however just today was a totally different story. As I was looking for French Vanilla coffee creamer all the boxes up front contained sugar free and fat free only. So I looked at the boxes further back and sure enough there was the one I needed. So in order to get to it I actually had to move one of the boxes one shelf up. No big deal and I should have been on my way to continue shopping. Unfortunately one of the employees didn't like the fact that I just moved a box and had an attitude with me, telling me that I should have put the box back. EXCUSE ME, I SHOULD HAVE PUT THE BOX BACK? I dont think so and the only reason I didn't was so other shoppers looking for the regular creamer could find it easier than I did. I did inform the supervisor at the store of this very unpleasant encounter immediately, but my mood and shopping experience was ruined.
