We had a birthday party for my daughter and I cannot tell you how unorganized everything was! It was so stressful and I will never do a birthday party at this place again. First, I was told multiple different things every single time I talked to someone to create this birthday party. I agreed to do the bigger birthday party package because I was told I was able to make my own schedule and have the kids jump when they wanted and do the party room as well when needed. That wasn’t the case, the kids had to jump for the first two hours they were exhausted and so thirsty and our party room would not be available to us till the last hour. It was failed to mention to me that Planet 3 provided free water bottles with my package for the party guest to get water. That woulda been nice if that was mentioned to me upon arrival, kinda useless when I was told towards the end of the party when the jumping time was over with. I asked the lady at the party desk when we first got there that I didn’t think the party group would want to jump for that long and if we cut it short can we eat and use the party room she said “no problem!” Come to find out our pizza wouldn’t be there till a specific time and she suggested we could just sit in the room and wait. Our room was not ready when the party arrived not a single thing was set up and the rooms are so small. Every time I had a question I went to the table where the “party coordinator” was and she asked me who my host was. I told her I have no idea!! I was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone going in out of our party room. Finally the last 30 min of our time there we met our “party host” who was suppose to be assisting me this whole time. It was very very unorganized and I was told I didn’t need to bring or do anything and everything would be handled for me. Well that’s a lie! For the amount you pay for these parties barely anything is provided. I suggest you bring extra food and drinks and even decorate yourself because it’s bare minimum. I did give this place 3 stars because my daughter loves this place, but I hated how much I got the run around and every single person I spoke to told me a different answer to my question. I suggest everyone should go through training again so no one has to deal with something...
Read moreDon’t sign up! Over the summer I signed up my stepson for what I was told by the front desk would just be for the month of July. What they didn’t disclose is you must cancel or the charges will continue month to month. Yes, my negligence to not read the fine print and go off of the employee who ensured me to not worry it auto cancels after the month I paid for. Once I noticed the charges still occurring, I officially cancelled and got their confirmation e-mail on 10.2. Their own confirmation email notified me that no more charges will occur after 10.4. They charged us again on 10.30. We notified the business only to be run around through an email thread that made no sense. The emails clearly showed their errors and for some bizarre reason they wouldn’t refund and kept asking for info we already sent. Meanwhile they hit our card again in November. At that point I was over it and called only to find you can’t talk to anyone who is in charge of finances. They just told me to email and send through another cancellation form. Ridiculous. What ended the madness was having to call my bank and report fraudulent activity. That same day I get an email with them telling me to enjoy my benefits for Dec. and now they will cancel my account that was already done in Oct…In response to that email, I laid down the law and let them know I just reported them, and resent the same communication we’ve had with proof that they have been charging our card without permission. Would you know it, the next day I finally received the apology refund email. Scammers! They would love to string you along and ignore the process until you report them. If you’re dealing with the same headache I did, just report fraudulent or billing dispute to your bank and watch it get straightened out...
Read moreDon’t go here unless you want your shoes stolen! I was there for about two hours on a Saturday night and when I went to leave, my shoes were gone. I reported it to a staff member and they admitted that this is something that happens on a daily basis, and that they are “working on” getting lockers to resolve the issue. They said they would have a manager check their cameras. I gave them all my information and they said they would be calling me the next day after camera review. 4 days later I still hadn’t heard back so I called myself. Was informed by a manager that they had the camera footage but all they can do is help the police if I file a police report. Unfortunately, I live an hour away so driving to the police station and back will pretty much be the entire cost of my shoes that were stolen, and filing a police report will not get my shoes or my money back. They do have a sign above the shelves saying that they are not responsible for lost/stolen property, but that does not protect a business against negligence. If they are aware that this is happening frequently there are many things they could do to resolve the issue, such as lockers, more supervision of the area, or having a place behind the staff desk to keep the shoes. They do not provide a safe place to store your belongings. What makes matters worse is that they did not do anything to try to resolve the situation. I would’ve been totally satisfied if they just apologized and at least refunded me for the price of...
