I went to CFA at this location the last night. I specifically asked for my order to be fresh because that’s my preference. The order was just an 8 count nugget and a 5 piece kids meal. I was asked the name for the order and was asked to pull forward to the line. When my food was brought to me, I asked for reassurance if the food was fresh and I was told yes. Cool. I left after I received my food and started eating on the way home. Food was indeed not fresh like I asked. I called and spoke to the manager on duty (Faith) and she was the sweetest about the situation. Told me she would put my name down and that I could come back to have it remade when I had the time. TODAY, I went to get it remade for lunch. I went on the inside this time around. One of the many managers on duty (which was a male) looked my name up to replace the order. Not a problem, although I did add on a few items. I used my rewards to add a fry and I purchased a drink. Nothing to major. We waited for a short while and then we received our food. I carried the food out and left. I do look at my food while eating, and I had already eaten 4 nuggets when I realized that this is what the chicken nugget looked like. DISGUSTING! I turned around to take it back as I’m positive that this is not what is supposed to be served to a customer. Especially when this is supposed to be a remake for a previous order. I opted to go through the DT when I went back since they tend to give faster service through there. I showed one of the employees in the DT and he was alarmed at what I showed him and he showed compassion about the matter. He used the walkie talkie to let one of the managers know that I’d be coming to the window. Considering the picture I’ve posted and that this was my THIRD time driving up there, I did not want another remake. I wanted a refund. Not once was I rude to anyone because I treat people how I’d like to be treated. But I did not feel as though upper management cared. I went on to show them the reason why I wanted a refund. The employee at the window acted as if he didn’t see an issue with the way the nugget looked and neither did the manager at the window. The manager was a woman this time around and it felt like she was just trying to rush me out of the line when I was trying to show her what the nugget looked like. I did get a refund for the nuggets but at the end of the day, this is unacceptable. I am not a happy customer. I called CFA cares as well but I couldn’t submit a picture to show you all so that’s why I’m...
Read moreThis will be the last time I stop at this location—I’d rather go hungry. I’ve visited this spot several times and have had missing items on three separate occasions.
I placed a mobile order, selecting pick-up inside instead of the drive-thru. Unfortunately, there’s no way to get out of the drive-thru, so my husband kindly informed a young lady outside, who was very understanding and communicated with the staff inside that we were in the drive-thru. I own that mistake.
When we reached the window, we waited about four minutes. My husband asked the young man there for an update on our order, as I had received a notification that it was ready about 8-9 minutes prior. Again, my mistake for selecting inside pick-up. The young man then asked his colleague if the order was ready, and she responded by asking my husband to describe the employee outside who had communicated with them via the two-way radio. She said this was necessary so she could instruct the employee on how to handle such situations in the future. It was rude and unnecessary to say this to us, but given my past experiences with customer service at this location, it wasn’t surprising.
We received our order, thanked them, and drove off. This location is close to the highway, so as we got on the off-ramp to head home, I noticed one of our sandwiches was missing. I immediately called to inform them and requested a refund. The young lady politely asked if we could turn around and come back for the sandwich. Unfortunately, there was no nearby exit, and we couldn’t make it back before closing.
At this point, I am done with this location. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this franchise is not operating at the same standard as other Chick-fil-A locations I’ve visited across Florida and other states. This location is consistently the worst. If management truly cares about customer service, they should take the time to read these reviews, implement changes, and improve the customer experience. This location gets traffic due to its name, location, and lack of nearby competition, but that won’t excuse the ongoing...
Read moreThis location is usually amazing considering the volume this store does. Today there were only 7 cars in the DT so I jumped in line. I ordered 2 large drinks, no food. It was more than 10 minutes to get to the window after I paid. I pulled up to the window and a young lady handed me my 2 drinks. I said thank you (even though I wanted to ask WTH is going on girl!!) I pulled away from the window following the car in front of me. After a minute or so I realized the car in front of me wasn’t moving. I was just stuck behind her. The girl who was expediting walked up to my window and told me that the car in front of me had not received her food yet and that I should have pulled around her. How would I know that!!! Why didn’t she TELL ME when I picked up my drinks not to follow the car in front of me?? She said “just so you know for next time, you should have pulled around the car in front of you”. Seriously How, if no one says anything, HOW would a customer know what is happening in the car in front them!! This franchise has done a remarkable job pulling customers off of the Main Street helping with the congestion on the road in front. Moving the DT entrance to the back of the lot was ingenious. It’s a bummer that service was so slow tonight, even with lite business at the time, and instead of saying to the customer “so sorry for the wait tonight, I am instead criticized for not being a mind reader. Maybe next time instead of having cars blocking the DT while waiting for food the expediter might walk back a car or two and hand me the two drinks so I could pull out of line and help keep the line moving! Still love the store and respect the owners. It’s a thought job running such a busy store. Bummer an employee who has nothing invested in the company can be rude to a customer- customers pay the...
