Great Wall Restaurant — Restaurant in Palm Bay

Went back today for family who ordered their usual once a week meal. They were so busy that from what I heard they couldn't keep up and they had an attitude with every customer that came in. So when my family member came back to their house there was food missing. So I went back for them to go get that food that was missing. The young person that was at the front told the cook in the back who must have been the owner and they handed me the one item that was missing with the bag half ripped open and sauce going everywhere and still didn't give me the other item that was missing and kept saying that that sauce was in the bag which was not. Let's just say that I've heard only good things about this place. The food has always been good but their service has gone downhill. I personally won't buy from them not with customer service like that. And I don't like writing reviews like this but their customer service was that bad. No apology. No I'm sorry nothing like that. And still insisted that the sauce was in the bag when it was a completely different sauce for a completely different item.

Let me just start by saying if I could give more than five stars I would. The food- first of all- is phenomenal. Granted, I only had sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice but that meal alone said a lot to me. Me and my dad have been looking for a good Chinese food place and Great Wall has won by far. Lots of food for cheap and the price definitely does not determine the flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was tender, perfectly crunchy and it had the perfect amount of sweet without the sauce. The pork fried rice really was pork fried rice. Lots of pork pieces in every bite! You don’t see that often. My partner who picked up the food for me said even the in person service was exceptional. They had their serv safe certificates on the walls proudly presenting them. Very friendly staff/owner. The environment was just… welcoming. This is my Chinese food place from now on. 10/10, five stars....

Very bad food sometimes so when brought to the attention of the lady who works there she told me she would give me some edible rice to much hassle used to come 2x week no more ..m.sure just drive 15 min each way to get some edible rice....hung up ..called back to tell her I will be returning for a refund at my convenience at which she says ok and hangs up again ....sad used to be consistent when the father ran the restaurant ....now I dare u to try to get good food here good luck...u would think if a customer comes as often as I did u would try to make sure that I keep coming back ...with less and less biz ...it's going to be harder for them to keep fresh rice I believe....so long great wall..by the way have been coming there since I was a mgr. at...
