Today my fiancé went into the library to ask some questions and to gain clarity. Librarian “assistant” laughed in her face and was very unprofessional and when my fiancé told her she was being unprofessional, the assistant threatened to call security. My fiance told her that’s fine and continued to wait. Being unprofessional is not okay and threatening my wife with security is distasteful. Knowingly my wife pays to go to school here out of pocket . Librarian staff needs to do better . My favorite campus out of the 4. The only campus I like going to and feel comfortable going to. Have had some of the best teachers here. I don't care that it's a 30 minute drive because it's worth it. It also has the best learning lab out of all the campuses and testing center. The set up is excellent. Wish the other campuses were like this one. Plus, the parking is much better here. So far, all the people I've met here; including the employees, are kind and helpful. The student portal is awful. every time I make an appointment online, two hours before the appointment, the administration cancels and doesn't give any reason as to why or a follow-up. administrators are fired, and you never hear back from the councilor you had been speaking to for months, and they don't bother to inform you.
