NCG Cinemas - Palm Bay — Local services in Palm Bay

So far we have been to ncg and our experience is okay, theres free refils which is good, but quality for the theaters is not always the best, unless you're in the big rooms and theres not too much variety on food, just hot dogs nacho and popcorn which is okay its not really a big deal. What really disappointed me is the Harry Potter Holidays. I felt like a kid who completed his stamp book and couldnt get the price because excuse after excuse, be careful with Harry potter Holidays, I was gonna go friday after work but turns out theres only one showtime.. 10 AM, like for real? Give me more showtimes or at least let it be at 1pm or 2pm, we couldnt go friday because of that, we looked too late. We went to see it Sunday and when we arrived we realized we had to reserve, idk if we could buy it in the theaters so just in case I went and got them on the website, when I arrive the movie couldn't be played because they couldnt get it to play. I was expecting more hours of showtime, and this weekend is the only time we could see harry potter 3, I wanted to see that one because thats one of the best, we got a refund and a free ticket which I appreciate a ton but I dont think im using it, I dont want to see any movie atm other than harry potter and yes I can see the 4th next week but I wanted to see the 3rd not the 4th and even if I go to watch the 4th one, I'm afraid I wake up early all that preparation gas wasted to when I arrive there "oops is not working sorry", I have had problems and ignored it cause the service here is excellent! But haunted mansion had terrivle audio, guardians 3 failed we almost couldnt finish it, and now this harry potter holiday doesnt work, only 1 showtime, next time I'll just go to another theater. Below is previous review where I rated this place 4 stars and gave the reason why. Well, it’s been a year and we visited again to watch Moana 2 with the children. I am now giving it 2 stars. The seats as you can see are even worst than a year ago and 2 of the 5 seats we paid for didn’t work(didn’t recline). A year ago, the owner responded as you will see below that they were in the process of fixing the seats. Clearly that didn’t happen. If you choose to go here, wear long pants and long shorts because the seats are so bad it pinches you and you will be uncomfortable the entire time trying to watch the movie. That’s if you are lucky enough to get seats that work.

Old review….. Its was our first time and i would say its a pretty decent movie theater. I would've given it 5 stars but as most of the reviews mentioned, the seats are pretty bad. We fiancé and I went on Christmas day to watch Aquaman. Prior to going we read reviews and they weren't bad so we decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and I do believe this is the first theater I've been too that had free refills on drinks. But as I mentioned earlier the seats were faded pretty badly. We were in theaters 1. The soind was good although some of the reviews said speakers were bad...perhaps they fixed that problem. The men's restroom was super clean but my fiancé said the ladies bathroom was filthy. A lot of the reviews said the same thing about the women's bathroom so why isnt this being fixed??? Why are they clean I g the men's restroom but not the ladies??? This is and easy fix so y'all need to get on that. Otherwise it was angood first time experience. The Palm Bay Dollar Movie Theater is by far the WORST movie theater I have ever been to in my 21 years of existence. Upon first entering the theater you soon realize that you pay for the quality and this place definitely looked like it was a dollar theater. Upon entering the actual theater the seats are mildly comfortable however, the arm rest cushions are upside down and the cup holders are very shallow and unsecured. But the real kicker as to why this movie theater is no better than a dirty bar is the management. As I was watching a movie out on a date with my fiancé a very boisterous group of people were being extremely disruptive. When I asked them to let everyone else enjoy the movie they quickly became hostile with threats of physical violence. I went to the manager to explain the situation and have the people removed so I can enjoy my movie. They went into the theater with me and I pointed the couple out. The manager asked the couple to keep it down for people to watch the movie. They immediately retorted with more threats of hostility and claims of racism though both my fiancé, I, and the other people were all Hispanic. The people began to follow us into the lobby whilst cursing at us and threatening to “Kick our ass” or “Knock me out”, the manager said nothing to the people. When I asked the manager to refund us our money (4 measly dollars) we were denied our refund and told us to “get out” though my fiancé and I returned no comments about any form of physical violence yet we were the ones that were kicked out.
