Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Bay

Have had three poor experiences here. First: I asked for a pepperoni and cheese. I admit, that can be confusing, but in some places you have to specify or else you won't get cheese. The girl rang it up as both pizzas and when I was confused on the cost, didn't say anything about it being two pizzas. Just shrugged until I asked specifically why a pepperoni pizza was so high when it was a hot and ready. She refused to edit the order and made a comment to another coworker that no one calls it that. She also gave me the incorrect change when I asked for a manager. Second: I had gotten off work and came in to an empty store. I ordered a hot and ready pepperoni and a three meat. I was told the three meat would take ten minutes. I took a seat and more customers came in. I started to notice before ten minutes was even up, customers coming in were ordering the three meat pizzas and getting them ahead of my order. Ten minutes becomes twenty becomes thirty, and I'm annoyed. I ask what's taking so long on my order when four others have ordered three meats and had gotten theirs within minutes. "Oh, we forgot what you ordered." Third: The girl did not comprehend what I meant when I asked for cheese sticks. She asked if I wanted cheese stuffed inside of bread. No. I had to point at the sign above her head for her to understand what I wanted. I forgot the name, but it shouldn't have been that hard to get Italian cheesy bread out of cheese sticks. She didn't ask if I wanted marinara, but asked every customer after me. When I asked the girl at the counter for some, she goes "That'll be extra". I'd asked for marinara after getting my order before and never had to pay extra. Had never paid extra when the person asked if I wanted it with the order before. I've not been back after...

Worst service ever waited 40 minutes for my pizza they made my square pizza to order and the cheese pizza they gave to another customer twice so by the time I get mine my fresh made to order pizza was nasty the 2 girls and guy working the front did nothing but play around and when I asked for the manager he was the one I watched making pizza and his apology was sorry I was in the back but even we're he was you can see these 3 goofballs cutting up gave a guy a burnt pizza poor guy drove home only to have to bring it back then the next guy goes now I'm scared yes he got my cheese pizza then after I got upset and stood at the counter watching she pulls my pizza and wings off the stove to give me wings with no sause the pizza when I got home was bad the wings we're worse this broken in half piece of wing they counted as a wing and the kids wouldn't eat any of it a 30 dollar meal in the trash if I could give them a negative I would 5 dollar hot and ready is a lie more like hard...

Not impressed. I put in a mobile order and it was scheduled for 6:48pm and just as I got in there (was running a little late) around 6:55 my order just got in which can kinda be overlooked for myself because I wasn't in a rush or anything but for some people that order needs to be a little more spot on. When I got the pizza back to my car and opened it up the pizza was NOT cut all the way through (barely even dented the top layer) and NOT fresh also did a custom pizza where it had extra cheese and it was not really extra cheese.... makes me wonder if they didn't just shove one of their hot and ready's into the warmer for order pick ups and call it a day.
