Yummy Chinese & Hibachi Restaurant — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I was pleased to see they offered online ordering as there's sometimes a language barrier when ordering Chinese over the phone. Created an account, put together my order went to place it and the only payment option is cash. Called, ran right into the language barrier I was trying to avoid. Took forever to give my order and address to him. I hate that when I'm giving my credit card number to someone they're standing there reciting my number LOUDLY back to me. Anyone within hearing distance can have my credit card number. THANKS! Food arrived sooner than the hour I was estimated over the phone. I love fried dumplings and these looked amazing. Golden brown, crispy saturated with garlic. . . wait, what? I couldn't finish my order they were so overpowered with garlic. egg roll looked good but was soft on the outside and nearly mushy on the inside. Fried Cream Cheese Wontons were crispy but had little filling for their size. Chicken lo mein was dry and had very little soy sauce flavor. Chicken was so tough my mother had to spit out half the piece as inedible. Beef lo mein was also overly garlic flavored. Beef felt like jerky, chewy, off putting. Ordered 3 orders of habachi for delivery via the Internet at 5:15pm. It says to allow an hour for delivery so ok. At 6:30 I called the restaurant and she quickly said "call back in 30 mins" and hung up. So I called back, she said my food was on it's way, the driver just left. Ok, cool, 6 mins away, I thought. 20 mins later still no food. So I called back and they picked up and hung up on me. Called back and no answer. Finally the food showed up. Whew, we get to eat. Nope. We only have teriyaki sauce in the bag. I called them and apparently they don't have white sauce/shrimp sauce/yum yum sauce/whatever you want to call it. They only have teriyaki sauce. So, I drove to publix and bought some sauce. Finally got home and got to eat. Portions we're great and food was pretty good. But then I looked for our fortune cookies and there was only 2 in the bag. Clearly there are three of us since we ordered 3 dinners. So basically, don't do delivery, don't order hibachi if you like yum yum sauce with it, don't expect good customer service, or any for that matter, and...

I arrived to pick up my food and the lady at the counter was not very nice. never said a word and when I asked for soy sauce she never said anything. Just handed it to me. But I expect that. they work in fast food and that’s a hard job so I get it. The food on the other hand, let me use the appropriate words… gross! I can eat dogfood and could not finish the meal. My boys don’t like Chinese so I got them little caesars and after one bite, I switched to pizza for sustenance. When you choose little caesars over your meal, thats bad. Cardboard with cheese topping tastes better. Thats crazy. The food was room temperature and lacked anything resembling something tasty. When I say I can eat cardboard, I mean it. I even tried feeding it to my dogs (which eat anything too) and they smelled it and walked away. My family and I laughed so hard. Rocky has never turned down food before.
