Wingstop — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I did not take any pictures, I apologize but if you get pass this intro you definitely know what wings look like. Take out at the Wing Stop - my wife and child had to try the new or somewhat new joint in town. If you read any of my post you know that I am Jamaican and I gave Jamrock (next door to wing stop) a bad review before and then changed the review after I gave them a second try which was much much better. Wing Stop your name has the word WING! This in itself should mean that any order of wing that leaves your establishment should be golden with a halo on top. I am sorry but you did not cut the mark, as a matter of fact, what I got was an over fried hard six small wings, doused in what seem to be a combination of tabasco sauce and some added seasoning that someone decided to name cajun. Really it tasted like a buffalo wing, which in my opinion is probably the worst thing anyone can do to a wing. The wings were honestly pretty bad, please change you name. Here is something else - is it possible that you are selling chicken breast strips as boneless chicken wings? I am a good judge of chicken parts and I am pretty sure that I got breast for chicken wings. Let me take that back - I could have been mistaken. Regardless of the actual piece of meat from the chicken, I actually liked it, it was your best seller I think garlic something. It was a bit crisp on the outside and tender on the inside and the seasoning was not too heave with salt but actually tasty. Your corn on the cob - is just gosh damn good, this should have the golden halo, change your name to CORN +, I was sucking on the cob to get every drop of the delicious juice ( keep your mind out the gutter), you all know what I am talking about. On October 31, 2025, around 6 p.m., I tried to place an online order through the Wingstop app for delivery from the Wingstop on Malabar Road in Palm Bay, Florida. I had received a promotional email saying that if I ordered between October 22 and October 30, I would get 10 free wings—either classic or boneless—on my next purchase of $15 or more. I placed an order yesterday specifically to redeem this offer today.

When the app failed to apply the promotion, I called the store. The employee who answered was rude and impatient, to the point that she dropped the phone without warning and handed it to the manager, all while calling me stupid and telling the manager that she doesn't have time for stupid people because she said she told me that the promotion had expired, which it had not.

The manager, John, was even worse—dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking basic communication skills. I offered to send them the email from their corporate office that clearly stated the free wings could be either classic or boneless. The manager refused to look at it and insisted I could only get boneless wings, contradicting the email I had in hand.

This experience was the last straw. I am a loyal customer who spends about $50 every week at this location, and today I almost placed a $70 order. I will not spend another penny at any Wingstop because of the appalling customer service I received. The way I was treated by both the staff and the manager shows a complete lack of training and respect for customers. Entirely underwhelmed. My order was scheduled to be ready between 10:55–11:00pm. I arrived right at 11pm. The cashier took my name for the mobile order, helped a couple other customers, then followed a coworker outside for about 10 minutes—while multiple people waited for their food.

When she returned, she handed out several orders that had been sitting behind the counter the entire time she was gone, including mine. I got home to cold, soggy fries that looked like they'd been sitting in oil far too long—brown, not golden. The boneless wings were mostly breading, and the garlic parmesan flavor was dry and bland.
