We live right near the Malabar location although we love that store too I have to say that the Minton rd location is wonderful! There’s an older woman maybe in her 60s with more energy than anyone I know & she is the most helpful and sweetest person ever. You can really tell she enjoys her job. The store has everything . seeing as we don't really have any health food markets close by I highly suggest you check out the store they have a little bit of everything....

It is awesome to have a place to get natural foods and supplements. They have a pretty good selection of gluten and dairy free items as well. They are a little pricey on some of these specialty items, but it is great to have local access and support a local business. It does help also that they run some nice sales pretty often. It's not a typical chain store. If you leave without finding what you needed it isn't because of the employees. I hate to say this but they almost ask TOO much if you are finding what you need.
