I usually donât complain about salons, but this salon was so unprofessional. I thought I made it clear with pictures of what I wanted and what my mother wanted. After finishing, we realized how crooked our pedicures were and that our styles were flipped. I got what she wanted and she got what i wanted, after showing both techs multiple times and zooming into which styles we wanted. The tech said the ole yeah yeah i know and apparently had no clue! We both asked for slightly different pink french tip with two different looks, which were also painted on, poorly. Which is also not an actual french pedicure btw. My mother nails were crooked and the tech seemed frustrated while doing her nails as if he just didnât want to do the mani/pedi. I also caught a glimpse of behind the recliners and was stunned. I understand dust and dirt build up might not be cleaned 24/7, but there was a neck massager laying on the floor behind the chairs with layers of dust. It looked like nobody cleaned back there since opening. I havenât been to this salon in years because I had to go back and have them fix my nails the first time i went. My mistake of going back to pure life and not going to my usual salon by the mall. Again, usually I donât leave bad reviews but the minor issues built up too much for me to let this visit slide. Update: The OWNERS passive aggressive response to every bad review and not taking accountability shows a lot about her overall attitude that shows IN THE SALON. đ i need no help being a blessing maam lol, someone needs a google review manager. and yes maam i did not get up from my pedicure appt to to look at every other single chair or whatever white vent you mentioned about cleaning. However the floor behind chair I WAS SPECIFICALLY SITTING IN, was disgusting (mind you it was the first two chairs so i wasnât walking down the end of the row to look behind people) if ur cleaning the vent behind the chair, that was seen and it is laziness by YOU, not the staff since that is ur job to go over the buisness and check for OBVIOUS unaddressed messes. also if i wanted to be an ass and it was that big of a deal i wouldâve absolutely said something at the salon, however i think youâd rather have me write a review.    Read moreThe people are very nice, the inside of the salon is beautiful. However, they have exhibited poor quality nail care in my case. I first went July 3rd to have SNS manicure. The owner, Christina, wanted to use a gel top coat because it stays longer. I was back in her chair less than a week later because of top coat chipping. She repaired it, for free, and I was fine for another week. The 2nd time I went back for top coat chipping on multiple nails, she reported that the UV light she had used was not working properly. She removed the top coat and we tried again. I came back less than 7 days later with the same issue on multiple nails but Christina was on vacation. One of the other stylists went to help me after debate with her coworkers. I wanted the gel cover to be removed and the appropriate SNS cover to be applied since the color/dip was still completely intact from the first application. She attempted, which resulted in a chemical reaction of heat and smoke from my nails which was very uncomfortable. She used alcohol to stop the reaction and reapplied a gel top. The picture attached is after 1 week. I am unable to use one hand for many activities since it is in a splint and am not working. I do not do heavy work with my hands so there is no real reason for the clear coat to be coming off when the SNS generally last around 1 month for me when done by other salons. I do not have the budget to get my nails done again until next month.    Read moreIâve been coming to this nail salon for a few months now. Up until recently, the service has been just okay â nothing exceptional, but they got the job done. Unfortunately, my experience this past Monday was absolutely horrible and completely unacceptable.
I arrived around 5:10 PM and was seated promptly for a pedicure. I requested a neon green gel color with a white base coat â anyone who gets their nails done knows the white base helps neon colors pop. The tech, however, argued with me, insisting I didnât need the base. She proceeded to apply the green polish without it, and as expected, the color came out dull and unattractive.
I expressed my concerns, and they had to remove the polish and start over. What should have been a simple fix turned into a painful three-hour ordeal. A different nail tech was eventually called in to redo the job properly, and I didnât leave the salon until 8:15 PM. By the time I left, my toes were swollen from excessive filing and repeated exposure to chemicals used to remove and reapply the gel polish.
To make matters worse, not once did anyone apologize for the poor service. I wasnât offered a discount or even a bottle of water during this grueling experience.
Sadly, I will not be returning. I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon to anyone. Try it at your own risk â but donât expect good customer service.
