Little Santouka — Restaurant in Palm Bay

This place is a hidden gem in Palm Bay—arguably one of the best Asian-Fusion restaurants in Brevard County. I am a son of a Japanese chef who's father owns and operates his own restaurant, and being half Japanese myself, I feel I can offer a unique perspective when it comes to reviewing Japanese restaurants.

If you're looking for traditional Japanese cuisine, this may not be the right benchmark. It wouldn’t be fair to judge them by those standards, as this is clearly Asian Fusion (with a focus in Japanese cuisine)

That said, the food here is absolutely delicious. The service is always warm and friendly, ordering and pickup are super convenient, and the prices are extremely reasonable. This has become our family’s go-to spot when we’re craving Asian/Japanese...

I have eaten at every sushi restaurant in Palm Bay and not naming any names some are better than others. When I saw this place pop up I was excited for some new food! I was not to be disappointed when I stopped in. I tried Spam matsubi for the first time and well as the dumpling and chicken and shrimp teriyaki plate and I was sold so hard on the spam. Delicious. I came back a second time tonight to see if this was a genuine experience or a fluke. As genuine as it gets. Spam matsubi hit once again and the teriyaki meal weighed probably four pounds. I tried Little Santouka for the first time on New Year's Eve to try something new with my partner, and I have been obsessed ever since. No exaggeration, everything I have tried so far has been absolutely and consistently delicious. Personally, I have been loving the Strawberry Shortcake signature milk tea, Spam Musubi, and the Kitchen Entree with shrimp.
