I ordered Uber eats and everything was terribly wrong. Which is not normal for this place. I called and a lady answered. Once she found out I was not ordering her demeanor instantly changed I asked if they had kids as my smoothie had no kid on it and weird black spots which I sent to Uber eats. The wraps and the chips were all wrong. Even if the smoothie had a lid it was a weird color that indicates it is not a peanut butter smoothie it was vanilla looking. When I asked the lady on the phone to speak to a manager she said she was. Her name was Maya I believe. She totally thought it was a nice idea to let people get lidless smoothie delivery all day during a pandemic. She didnāt apologize she just complained her truck is late. Then I said does your kitchen not cut the wraps and give the wrong sides also? As I was shocked she replied so unprofessionally about her lids. Which is never a consumers business. Thatās corporate and company personal business consumers do not need to know. She said she has a lot of items out of stock as why they items were delivered wrong. So I guess she allows them to choose instead of communicate. Which makes us thinks itās the Uber drivers fault for not getting the order correct. Then they get a bad rating. She also uses the excuse for that and the subs not being cut was that sheās got a lot of new people training this week. Not once a good customer service apology. Until I told her Iām in the industry and you have very poor leadership skills and customer service skills. Now I see why the wrap is not only cut but barely any protein inside and wayyyyy too much sauce. Manager at 12:50pm today is why I will use the other locations. Never had issues til k statuses...

Since everything is mixed fresh, we have to expect to wait for our order. If fast food without quality is what is wanted then I suggest McDonalds, Wendy's, KFC, etc. Go to IHOP, Pizza Hut or a restaurant a d you will wait for your order. Even when shopping you wait in line before cashing out. TO GET GREAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT!!! I have read the complaints and don't feel they are justified. Service has always been quick and easy. I have bought food there also at times and everything was fresh and was plated beautifully. Too many want fresh and healthy but don't want to wait for it to be prepared, yet, they don't want it premade like most fast food places. They tend to forget this store has been open all through the pandemic where a lot of places shut down. I'm tired of bad reviews all because we are too impatient to wait. Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped in today with a friend because this location was on the way. 1 woman in back making food who apparently had seniority over the 1 young man who was out front running the register, taking orders and making smoothies. Service was very slow. My friend ordered her usual Detox smoothie couldn't even finish it it was so strong in ginger, no pineapple taste at all. She visits other locations often and knows what the taste should be. My smoothie didn't taste like it should either but it was acceptable except for how thin the liquid was. Not thick like a smoothie usually is. There was another customer patiently waiting who finally got up and asked where her smoothie was since others had come and gone since she was sitting. The young man simply said he's following orders on the screen. She was asking for a refund as we were leaving... Slow service, orders made incorrectly. I don't visit this area often but I doubt I would stop again if I did. Hope something changes or won't be open...
