Today was my first time ever selling cloths at this place and I will say I’m not pleased. When I walked in the women at the registers acted like they didn’t want to greet me. The lady who took my ID was rude and unpleasant. I’m unsure what their issues were but I did not feel welcomed at all. However, I proceeded to try to do business with this place and hoped that when I had return maybe the ladies would fix their nasty attitudes. I finally got a text after two hours that my sell was ready. When I got there the young lady that was standing at the front register in front of the door did not greet me. I guess them greeting customers is below all of their pay grades; anyways I greeted her and told her I was there to pick up. She asked what bag I told her. Tell me why when I get my bag they didn’t even buy anything from me. I inquired what was the reason the young lady gave a guess and shared that my cloths were “Kid Cloths” like really. I’m a grown woman and haven’t wore children cloths in over 20 years! So then she went to grab the lady who had the terrible attitude when I first came to the store. She was trying to tell me the same thing. I explained to them that my cloths were indeed adult clothing. She went through my items because it seems to me that whoever did it earlier was lazy or did t bother to truly check my items. I ended up selling 5 items out of like 20 pieces. They claim they don’t take swim suits and then told me a pair of my shorts were too short but honestly they weren’t because I don’t even wear shorts that are extra short. They were thigh length. I tried to look around the store from where I was standing to see what they are actually buying and from what I could see was that this place is full of it. Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience here was, without exaggeration, one of the worst I’ve ever had at any establishment. From the moment I walked in, the staff made it clear that customers are more of a nuisance than a priority. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It was as if they were doing me a favor just by existing in the same room.
I approached them with a simple request, and instead of trying to help, they acted like it was a personal attack on their time. Every question was met with an eye roll, heavy sigh, or a tone so condescending it was hard to believe. It was obvious they had no interest in providing any kind of service, let alone basic decency.
When I tried to address an issue with my order, they outright refused to fix it, blaming me for their mistake. The unwillingness to even listen to my concerns was astounding. They were dismissive, unapologetic, and more focused on getting me out the door than making things right. It’s clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction and would rather argue than solve problems.
The environment itself reflected the attitude of the staff—cold, uninviting, and completely lacking any charm or warmth. It’s clear no one here takes pride in their work or cares about creating a positive experience for their customers.
Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that actually appreciate their customers and are willing to provide a decent experience. This place is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. Avoid it...

Karen (not really her name short blonde hair at the entry register) doesn't greet you beyond asking for your license. She seems truly miserable being there - a more miserable soul I have not come across.
The girl I usually interact with that does the buys (cute latin type) is friendly enough when she feels like it , but if you catch her on the wrong day, she is straight up STANK.
The last few times I have come in to sell it has taken an exorbitant amount of time for her to process my items while I wait. It seems like she does it on purpose. She will literally do ANYTHING, besides get to your stuff so you can leave. It is frustrating to watch her text, answer the phone, chit chat etc instead of dealing with clients in front of her waiting to cash out. Even more frustrating is to watch Karen perform tasks that could be done when there are no customers waiting. Meanwhile, I am there twiddling my thumbs for an hour for the $2 they might offer me per item, IF I am lucky enough for them to take anything. BLOWS MY MIND! Mind you I am not mad that I am getting $2 an item, I get it, it's used clothes. I am irritated with the blatant disrespect for people's time and the lack of courtesy to sellers.
In the consignment business you need buyers and sellers, I would suggest to the owner of this location that she trains her staff in being considerate to both - especially when you are getting merchandise from sellers for pennies...
