Every person I've encountered at this location provided excellent customer service. I first originally came in to only get help with something specific to my phone, and met with Christina who was great and very willing to help me with a more functional request. She also helped me locate something I needed that was out of stock but available at a different location, and at a fraction of the price from the alternative quoted to me upstairs in the computer section which was actually something I didn't really need. I appreciated she took that initiative to check and give good information.
Few days after I had something totally different come up with my laptop base cracking, and I realized it needed to be sent away for repair- so I went back again to this location now for this. It was a process for me personally to get organized and ready to ship my laptop out for a number of weeks. Was doubting when to send laptop away without being prepared, since I use it everyday. Guy was very helpful and thorough to address any questions I had to get a new computer set up in the mean time, and helped me backup bookmarks/info and stuff like this from the old one. Really appreciated the patience and good attitude throughout.

The Apple Stores were all closed due to the Pandemic and all Apple services were routed to Geek Squad. When I arrived to Best Buy in PBG, FL, without an appointment, I was told the next available appointment was in two weeks. I became frantic at the thought of not having a working phone for two weeks! Winston, the Geek Squad associate, took pity on me and immediately helped to restore the operation of my phone. After an hour Winston was able to fix the glitch and restore my phone to working order.
