I had lunch today at Five Guys because I love their burgers. I’ve been to this location a few times and was very disappointed with today’s dine in experience. The burger was made very sloppy! First the meat was very thin and falling apart, second they put way too much mushrooms when I didn’t even ask for extra, third I asked for extra grilled jalapeños 1-they were cut way too thick 2-they were barely even cooked and fourth I asked for fries with Cajun powder on the side and instead they give me Cajun fries with extra Cajun powder on the side... I was so disappointed!!! Also, every time I’ve order the grilled jalapeños it’s always the same problem, they are cut way too thick and are barely grilled. What really upset me was that I even double verified to make sure they extra grilled them and they still didn’t!!! As far as the meat patties; this is the first time I had this problem, that it’s to thin and falling apart... OH, I almost forgot to mention the soda experience. Someone came to calibrate their machines and instead of asking if anyone needed a refill, they shut down the machines for 7 minutes... I think this was so rude!!! A good manager should have asked for any last calls if not you need to wait 7 minutes... I don’t think I will be coming back to this location... I had to clean my own table because the available ones...

I have never been to a restaurant ever that refused to give a customer a cup with a lid for takeout when they just wanted water to drink. Well Five Guys in Palm Beach Gardens is the only fast food restaurant that insists on penalizing customers that wish to only drink water. They tried to give me a 5oz cup that has no lid even after I told them that I was taking out the food. We all know the hazards of cups in our cars that have no lids in them. When I asked to speak to the manager the grill cook came over and not only insisted she would not accommodate me for water; but then preceded to tell me that customers sneak and get soda and was accusing me of trying to do that. When I told her again that I need a cup with a lid for the car and that I don’t drink soda, she accused me of having an attitude. Shame on Five Guys for trying to force customers to drink soda and then trying to sell me a cup that had a lid. The burger is greasy and not worth the hassle of rude “managers” who have no customer...
